Betway Partners have implemented a clause allowing them to penalize your player account based upon ‘costs’ . ‘Costs’ are not clearly defined.

TERMS UPDATE, COMMISSIONS, COSTS FORWARDED TO PLAYER ACCOUNT

11.3 The Operator has and reserves the right to pass on any financial costs to the Affiliate’s account , as well as to the Affiliate’s own Customer/player Account(s) , that the Operator may incur due to Fraudulent Activity by the Affiliate, the Affiliate’s employees and/ or Customers/ players whom the Affiliate, as Affiliate, has introduced to Betway.com.

Summary: This is a brand new ‘low’ IMO. Passing on ‘costs’ to player accounts is very odd.

This is very badly worded - too many subordinate clauses. But my reading is this: if there is affiliate fraud or fraud linked to that affiliate, there will be costs passed on to the affiliate responsible.

I made the same assumption, but since the clause is not embedded within a fraud clause, there was no way to ensure it is used for that purpose only.
