I would like to warn all of you to stay away from dealing with a company called Lubona Enterprises Ltd . Who represent the following companies - Royal Capital markets , Empire option, Exclusive Gambling ,Gambling Hispano , Empire Money .

We recently went on conference to South America and met them there where we agreed that they would represent us in the Latam and Spanish markets in the aim of acquiring new affiliate business. We have paid them a substantial fee for this service.

They have failed to deliver on any work agreed to in our contract and we have made every effort to assist and work with Lubona to make a success of the venture however after many weeks of back and forth to try and resolve this issue amicably it has come to a point were all our communications regarding the unsuccessful campaign have been ignored. We are now forced to take legal Action to try recoup our funds.

This is a Warning we have to share this information with the gambling community to prevent the repeat of this behavior.

Dear Affiliates, Affiliate Managers, Operators,

As representative of Lubona Enterprises Ltd, I write this post as an answer to the previous comment and in order to provide more information to the community on this matter.

As we all know, every aspect of life, no matter how thin you cut it, has two sides. Business does not escape from within this concept, and in this sense, our company has a very different view of the facts described above, moreover, based on the contract signed by the two companies.

Last year, in October, a staff from Red Returns travels from South Africa to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to attend an online gaming affiliate event we organized. Given the considerable success of the event in terms of affiliates´ and operators´ attendance, and after a pleasant mutual approach, Red Returns decides to hire Lubona Enterprises Ltd. to handle their affiliation in the spanish-speaking markets.
After a month of negotiations, both companies agreed to work together starting the second half of November 2010.

In spite of the fact that a team was put to work on this task in Lubona Ltd. 2 weeks before the starting date of the agreement, and achieving good results; the payment that was supposed to be processed in advance took more than 1 month to be deposited. However, Lubona´s services did not stop during this period.

Once this period reached its ending date, Lubona Enterprises Ltd. raised the minimums established previously to continue working together, something that was established in the original contract. Unfortunately, Red Returns does not have the financial solidity to pay Lubona Ltd. for the renewal of the agreement, so based on the good relationship between the two companies, we decided to stop providing our services.

Every single email was answered in time and respecting the terms of the agreement between both companies. Lubona Enterprises Ltd. fulfilled every aspect of the agreement. The price of the services established in the contract was tripled to a minimum to be renewed.

Unfortunately we are not a charitable organization; we need to make money to keep on working, and in this sense, we continue our commercial relationships with operators that pay respecting the dates and that fulfil the contracts that bind them.

We don´t have any complaints in terms of our personal ralationship with Myron Saacks or Neil Copans, but we do have them professionally with Red Returns, whom to this day, still owes us money.

We don´t have any problems in uploading the original contract between Lubona Ltd. and Red Returns, as well as screenshots with our results, results that at least doubled the initial expectations accorded between the two companies.

Red Returns response to these several dangerous, defamatory and unsubstantiated assumptions and allegations made by LUBONA ENT will be addressed through the appropriate legal channels available, and we are sure the affiliate community does not want to be pulled into a continuous rebuttal between the two parties over this issue as this was not the intention of the post.

The intention of our original post was to inform the affiliate community of our bad experience with Lubona and the non performance of services based on a relatively substantial amount of money paid to them . We fully respect Lubona Right to reply and I'm sure the Affiliate community can make up their own minds,based on their individual dealings with both companies,whom to believe
