Hi guys, it might not be a good Topic for this forum but I will make an post about one of my best client experiences with this "amazing" brand called Karamba.
Basically I have promoted Karamba via my affiliate and one of my top clients decided to give it a try, made an deposit and ended up with 1.7k, after wagering client was able to make an withdraw for around 1.2k.
Client got an email saying they will freeze withdraw for upto 48hrs incase person decided to play again, 2 days later received an email asking for an copy of ID, it got done and same day later got an email asking for utility bill not older than 6months, that got sent off too.
They couldn't find any other reason to not pay out now they came out with an email.
We are contacting you in regards to your pending cashout in your Karamba account.
We would like to inform you that your current pending cashout has been declined.
As stated in our bonus policy, Bets, placed on any game, which abuse the betting system will not be counted towards the wagering requirements.
We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the player placed bets equal to or greater than 5.5 Euro or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for that particular bonus have been met
Please note that the original deposit is available in your account.

People who promote them beware of them as they will rob the shit out of your clients and make you feel like an asshole because you prmote brand like this who cares only about taking money from people.
I'm a bit confused of this as client made an deposit for GBP and they are talking about Euro's , it looks like before you bet you need to also do some valute converting.
I received screen shots of their emails and client's account but can't upload links here.
Maybe you guys got any advise what client could do or this one is just - "forget it happened"
