I reckon £2Mil for not conducting AML checks, which seems to also include failure to provide a duty of care, especially concerning SoW (source of wealth) on their 250 top (high rollers?) customers, that fine is a fair call.

At best I'd consider BGO's actions as reckless abandonment.

At worst, a ploy to allow folks to gamble with large amounts of money from unknown sources, which would allow the casino etc., to profit from not conducting these UKGC mandatory checks.

It always make laugh when these companies get busted. Most cry foul.

Lets say 250 players who all deposited £20K per month. That's £5Mil total. I'm not a fan of the UKGC. However, there are times when they get it right. This is definitely one of those times.

Visited vegasluck.com and was greeted with the following message. Most important, they will be surrendering their Alderney License from the 31'st December (guessing from 2021).
