Bluechip Partners not paid us

Its like a never ending cycle.

after already waiting months with excuses at other casinos they all seem to come back with the same answer.


wait for traffic , waiting for traffic , we have send 30+ depositors to bluechip casino and many of them does decent deposit as in there platform .
after getting conversion they refused to pay us , they send us long set of question and we answer them all . but they don't pay us yet .

we have 1650$ earned approved commission as well .

but does this mean that the accounts team have a right not to pay entirely or delay them without reason?

i think this is unfair especially when theyre sending my current members emails asking them to take a deposit bonus?
how can the players expect the casino to pay if its counterpart doesnt pay the people that lead them there in the first place?
no wonder the entities are completely separate as this kind of behaviour is surely not covered by the MGA?

bottom line.bluechip owe money and after reading other posts i am so guessing that i/we are not the only ones.

We've learned the case information and come up with an answer to explain it.
  • Dear @elinapio, we asked you questions related to traffic quality: registrations, players' activity, deposits, re-deposits, etc.
    As for the bonuses, how would you know what bonuses were credited to the gaming accounts? Are the players your friends or relatives? Do you have access to their accounts? Unfortunately, making profits on these accounts is a direct rules violation.
    So, your balance was corrected by the Risk&AntiFraud department.
  • And here's why the payment was suspended:
    You had a notification that your withdrawals are pending on hold for 7-30 days.
    After the hold period expires, your traffic will be re-checked by the Risk&AntiFraud department if the traffic looks unnatural.
    We asked you for screenshots or videos proving your launched campaigns but have yet to get your answer.
If the screenshots are required to confirm our info, we can provide them

  • I want to draw your attention we're dealing with CPA with certain kpi as per deal
you're talking so illogically , we are affiliate network and we use webmasters and publisher to get desired traffic
we don't have any access to any players nor we have 200+ relatives who play casino .


  • I asked for proof where user have same name /ip /device id so that traffic is fraud or anything else
  • I told earlier before running campaign we don't share how we run campaign its our technique and methodology and we don't share it .
  • we have run continuosly for 1 month , if you think traffic is fraud then why don't you stop campaign , you just want to make revenue from our traffic .
  • if traffic is fraud no customer deposit 6 times , 5 times etc .
  • you have cleared our ftd everyweek , and sent via mail that your 5/6 ftd's is confirmed .
  • so its very clear bluechip partners tries to earn money to make profit and once everything is achived at time of payment , he refused to pay any dollars .

We pay our partners respectively for their work, but we are still waiting for some important info from you.
Let’s get straight to your statements:

This literally means only you can send a request for their confirmation. We asked you to do so, but sadly you didn’t share it with us.

However, you give us no answer again. How did you know anyone is sending your people emails with invitations and bonus offers?
Send us these email addresses, please.

Fraud may be detected from different devices under similar IPs of the same network substation, especially when there is systematic activity.

Screenshots with statistics for the reporting period are not technical or methodological information that could harm you in any way. And yes, the affiliate program rules, which you have definitely read, state clearly, that as a direct advertiser, we have the full right to clarify the information on the launched campaigns.

Your players’ registration dates are November 29 to December 05 (seven days).
And you see, as soon as we detect or suspect fraud, we warn our partner about an Anti-Fraud check-up. During the month we suggest partner confirm their source of traffic.

You are absolutely right. But the thing is when we launched a check-up, your 30 players had only min deps. And re-deps started only after our warning that the traffic goes on hold.

As you say your «current members» received bonus offers on their emails, we can suppose re-deposits were made by your friends or people you know. Was it the way of passing a check-up and receiving the commission?

who not give answer , seva is not responding from 20 days , you're blaming us after getting ftd's and conversion , you guys are pure scammers in casino industry .

zero , so you guys are pure scammer bluechip partners , we don't stop here only . we share everything about in all sites and forum
