My opinion in other forums:

I read the whole post in AskGamblers, it looks pretty bad for the user.

It is a good factor that the casino has a representative online answering there, but I can is even posting personal information of the user (deleted now, but posted some time), but being "blackmailed" looks bad, not receiving answer looks bad. The casino seems to have a good reputation online, but as some other users stated, it seems they are running out of money.

Come on, its an online casino, and saying they have "We have a suspicioun about your game play history" just makes no sense.

Maybe Bob spent all his money on weed.

Sounds to me like an underfunded white label operator panicking as they don't have enough money to pay. They were naive and foolish to increase the bet limits to the point where this could happen. They do have a maximum of €40000 per month in their T&Cs, so they have 2 years to pay it off.

Its sad to see such a big gambler playing at a white label casino with those sorts of withdrawal limits though - if you're going to bet that big you should check these things before doing so.

I wonder if we're going to see them try the "malfunction voids winnings" excuse. It will be interesting to see what Play'n Go values their reputation as worth, because if they try that their reputation will be destroyed.

I spoke with someone at SoftSwiss "off the record" about this. They say they are having Play'n Go check the game and will pay if it all checks out. Let's wait and see...

I'll bet Play'n go does some kind of compensation or full payment of the winnings, that kind of big wins in their network is not something you see every day

Like someone said, he probably more or less broke the bank and now they are stalling. Not sure why he played at a white label casino. Maybe big brands like Betsson or Unibet would have been better.

Looks like he has been paid!

Hello, thank you

My account is already unlocked an I can withdraw normally.

I'd like to ask to mark this complaint as resolved.

Everything I wrote here is 100% true, and if I used "not so nice" words, it was only because it was necessary to show my position on this whole situation. As I said before, it was never a personal matter against anyone.

I think in the end we are all winners, I will get my money and BobCasino proved that people can trust the brand. Even people who play with larger amounts.

10 months to receive his profits sounds like a lot of time, but some key learnings from this case should be appointed: communication as always is core with the players, specially if some problema arise and being careful with the content posted online (like the personal information of the user). At the end of the day, even with the 10 months the user is happy, now he needs to wait to actually receive his winnings in the bank :)

Most brands have withdrawal limits, even big companies like GVC.

940,000 at 40,000 per month is 2 years. It seems he has been paid some already, but its going to take a lot longer than 10 months.

Bob is now emailing affiliates trying to get some PR published for the big win, so they seem to have realised the best way to approach this.

Stretching it out over that time-frame is good for them. Not only do they get the PR boost that you speak of by publishing and getting affiliates to advertise the big win, but they get to double dip after the fact. In other words, once the final payments are made, they can remind a few key affiliates to promote the fact that they actually paid out almost a million euros to a lucky player, stood by their word, etc.

Hell, even the player will probably give them some free press over time as they confirm receipt of payments as the months roll on.

There is a video on youtube of a guy who was taking part in the investigation of this matter.(Video is in Russian)
The player started from balance £2700 and was playing Reactoonz at maxbet £50.When he started to win Bobcasino raised maxbet to £80 then to 100,200 and then 400 euros (probably in hope that he will blow his balance)
But the player's balance was kept growing
