We audited bringit Affiliates this week by depositing and playing at 1 of the 2 brands available, Slotty Vegas.

We deposited $20 via Skill

We did not get the bonus because we deposited via Skrill.

We played slots until we lost it all

The backend does not show deposits so using google currency conversion we estimate the system recorded our deposit of $20 USD as 16.05 Euros.

They then attributed a €10.65 in Net Revenue.

This gives us an Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposit and lost) of 10.65/16.05 = 66.3%.

To see what your real revenue share is, multiply your advertised revenue share rate by the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (66.3) eg.
  • 30% = 19.89%
  • 35% = 23.20%
  • 40% = 26.52%
  • 45% = 29.83%

I think you have have miscalculated those numbers. I was wondering how your player managed to play NetEnt, Mahi Gaming, and Microgaming slots on an AUD account. Then I noticed that third screenshot shows that they deposited USD $20, not AUD.

USD $20 = €16.11 right now.

Therefore 10.65 / 16.11 = 66.1% and
  • 30% = 19.83%
  • 35% = 23.14%
  • 40% = 26.44%
  • 45% = 29.75%

I think you'll find ALL the screenshots say USD!
Confused about this AUD thing too - those games can't be played in Aus...

I have corrected a mistake I made and the Effective Net Gaming Revenue has been correct from 83.1% to 66.3%

Reason for the error mas mistaking the deposit to be in AUD and not USD. :/

That is fee of 33,7% and there's not even taken a bonus. In case of a bonus there would be $ 4 more off or € 3,20. Then we would have 46,42% in the pocket.

This are insane fees. I've worked a while with this brands, but even this insane fees do not explain the lack of earning with them.

Having worked with them in the past I would never ever work with them again.
Absolutely pathetic conversion and retention is even worse.

This is despite knowing plenty of players who registered, played and stuck around there.

Even did a test account with a mate one time, the registration showed up, the deposit showed up but rather than the €100 that we deposited, the deposit actually showed up as €50 in the affiliate system.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Everyone should be aware that this group have been sold. While I'm not able to state as fact who they've been sold to I've now have 4 different sources/accounts all indicating that the new owners are the people behind Vulkan casino. This is a large group of primarily Russian facing operators who have been identified running fake games by both ourselves and LCB.

There is a confirmed issue with the way deposits are being reported in the affiliate stats, though what I'm hearing is the program's position is this is a problem with Net Refer and hasn't impacted revenue calculations.

We've experienced average player value figures with this program that were 20-30% below our site average over 2017 (https://thepogg.com/affiliate-program-value-report-2017/https://thepogg.com/affiliate-program-value-report-2017/) and while we haven't published these figures yet they've been 70-80% below our site average over 2018.

We've changed the status of these operators this week and given the multiple sources all pointing to the new owners being a Blacklisted group that status is very unlikely to revert now.

Very sad to see this program end this way.
