As of today the GPWA officially suspended Bwin as a sponsored program. They were suspended for violating GPWA's code of conduct.

Numerous times Bwin was asked to provide affiliates with a copy of the old affiliate terns and conditions because its a very important document for affiliates to be able to compare the old and new program side by side.

After such attempts the Head of affiliate marketing for Bewinners had this to say,

"after discussing internally we will not give the old T&C to your community."

For a company who claims transparency this a direct blow to them in a negative way as it shows the true level of their transparency and willingness to work with affiliates.

I urge everyone with a website to get this on your news sites, in an article and post a direct link to the source at GPWA.

The GPWA stepped up to the plate just like GAU and AGD. I urge everyone to step up and increase the pressure.

More rogue behavour by Bwin

Casinomeister has removed Bwin from their accredited casino list due to their decision to stop discussing player issues on meisters forum. Bwin will no longer partake in PAB's either....

Seriously roguish moves going on. They no longer give a sh*t about players or affiliates.

They even refuse to pay players winnings. A player I trust depsited 100 + bonus. He managed somehow to get up to +10k, with sportsbooks only and according to bonus conditions, but bwin claims he is part of a 'betting syndicate'. It's ridiculous, he did do nothing wrong. bwin allows him cashing out his deposit of 100 - lol.
I've neither played/bet at bwin nor promoted them. And I certainly won't never ever.
Good move from GPWA and CM to kick them, I hope lots of webmasters/affiliates will remove bwin as well from their websites.

Do you have info on this?

Is there absolute certain proof this player was legit?

Things like this need to be exposed seriously via many means.

Do you have threads where this action bwin took takes place?

Actually CAP continues to negotiate a solution with bwin, but the "talks" are moving along so very slowly that it was decided to suspend their membership. The only access they are allowed is to post the old terms, which they said they would do.

Thanks Dom.

I saw they did say they would post the old terms on both CAP and GPWA about 3-4 days ago. But until now nothing. They still have not done so.

They also seem to have general stats problems and cant fix them. Payments this month they have indicated will be postponed due to tech issues.

"Slight delay in November payouts

The report data since Nov,24th has not been finalized yet. This affects the earning figures and due to this, there will be a slight delay with the November invoices. Please accept our apologies."

Ah well, the clock was ticking, the alarm went off, and no one reacted. Hence they are suspended.

Dealing with the larger companies always takes ages, sometimes because the head doesn't know where the tail is, and sometimes because they think it will just go away.

Well, it will not go away. It will only get worse as bwin's reputation is very soiled by now and there will be next to no new affiliates.
