Can anyone log into their Wallet?

I tried this morning, but got prompted to re-set my password, with the instruction:
"Your password must contain at least eight characters, have at least one uppercase character, one digit and one special character."

My old password did not have a Special Character or a digit, so I assumed this was a new requirement.
Fair enough...
BUT whatever I tried to enter as my new password, nothing happened except the Re-set Password page "refreshed" back to the blank form.
No clues what was wrong or how to get help.

Am I the only one?

I had same, the page only refreshed, close the page and go to login page again, try login now with your new pw.
For me this worked.

I'm getting exactly the same as you KK...

These wallet systems annoy the crap out of me - I don't see why they felt the need to switch from just paying automatically from the aff account like they used to.

I think this is a great new system. As soon money in the wallet they can then be transfered instant to any preferred payment method you wish. How is that not to like??? Also you can set it up to do it for you automatic as well. Read the guide not that hard! I have been harsh to AffiliateLounge in past. But this is about the best service any affiliate program out there has made.

Because before I didn't have to do anything and the money went to my bank or moneybookers.

When they started this I had to faff about setting up a new account, adding my payment details again etc... Admittedly I now have it set to auto payment so I guess it's back to low hassle, but it's one more thing that can go wrong - such as not being able to log in.

Like I say, giant waste of time and effort.

I was paid automatically the other day by these guys which is far better than having to go through a player account like they used to do.

I reckon that the reason that we had to reset passwords is almost certainly because the site had the heartbleed SSL bug like millions of others and they were taking precautions by making everyone change, which was the responsible thing to do.

Just an observation...some of you guys crack me up. A month earlier your complaining about their new rev share etc etc, now your patting them on the back...Just sayin

Only talking about this payment change they made about Wallet. They still suck in regards to their way to treat affiliates. Closing account is BS in my opinion they don't do that. Automatic emails making it hard for themselves. But the way revenue was changed is rogue in my opinion. I am dealing with them at the moment and awaiting response on email sent.

I've always said that these guys are great for players, not so great for affiliates. I still tell players the truth that they are a good place to play, and so I earn a small amount of money from them. I would love to send them more but its just not worth the risk and the aggravation.

That is the EXACT situation in a nutshell.
Shame really, because if they treated their affiliates like TRUE partners both they & us would make more money.
It's their funeral.

Back on topic: I was communicating with them last week about this Wallet log-in problem and I was getting very quick responses.
But it is now 5 days since I've heard anything from them :( so I just chased them up again...

{Edit} Didn't think to check my account first - seems the problem is solved!
Shame they didn't think to tell me that though...
