Basically starting from scratch, see in green below:/
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As of today (December 17th 2018) both Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck have notified all of their players that they will be moving to a brand-new casino platform in the new year. This is very exciting news – not just for the players, but for you as an affiliate of these casinos – and this email is to share some more details about the move with Casino Agents partners to help with your marketing efforts for these brands.
What’s Going-On?
On December 31st 2018, at 16:00 GMT, both Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck will temporarily halt operations while they make the switch to a brand-new casino platform. All existing players have now been notified about this move, advising that they may continue to play casino games until the temporary suspension kicks-in and that, after the cut-off date, all their remaining funds will be returned to their card/bank account within 7 days.
Shortly after the cut-off date, both casinos will resume operations on their brand-new casino platform, with an improved player experience as well as exciting new promotions. Existing players will be notified as soon as the casinos resume operations and will be directed to register new accounts.
What Action do I Need to Take?
As the suspension of operations is only a temporary measure, there will be no need to change any of your tracking links. During the brief downtime, all tracking links will direct to temporary holding pages advising players to check back soon to see the brand-new casinos. Shortly before operations resume, Casino Agents will be in touch to advise on any changes to the casino promotions. Any reviews and screenshots will likely need updating to reflect the improvements made to the casinos and, of course, your affiliate managers will be on-hand to help you through this process.
What Will Happen to my Existing Players?
Due to regulatory requirements, Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck are unable to migrate players directly between the old and new platforms. This means that all players will be required to register new accounts once the casinos resume operations at the start of the new year. The marketing teams for both casinos will be working tirelessly to ensure that players are notified as soon as the casinos re-launch so that as many of them as possible can re-register on the new platform. The great news for those players is that they will be eligible for the casino welcome bonus again.
The Casino Agents team will be working closely with both casinos to ensure that any players who do re-register on the brand-new platforms will continue to be associated with their referring affiliates, and that our partners continue to earn their lifetime revenue-share. The process of carrying-over affiliate associations may take a few weeks to complete, but please be assured that any commissionable activity will be retrospectively added to your Casino Agents accounts once the associations have been restored.
What Date will the Casinos Re-Launch?
Again; due to regulatory reasons, we are unable to give an accurate date for the re-launch of Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck on their new platform. As both casinos are regulated by the UKGC and MGA, they will need to undergo strict compliance checks prior to being activated to accept player registrations. As soon as the casinos have been through these regulatory checks, they will be re-launched to much fanfare.
Casino Agents would like to thank our affiliate partners for their patience and co-operation during this interim period, and we anticipate a surge in player activity as a result of the improvements associated with the migration of Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck to the new casino platforms.
In the meantime; please do not hesitate to contact your affiliate manager if you have any questions at-all.
