Casino Extreme Affiliates - done a runner?

Sent 2 e-mails to affiliates@casinoextreme.biz and both bounced. (It worked a week or so ago).
Also have been waiting over a month for them to sort out a problem for me.

Anyone work with these guys?
Have a working contact method?
