Hey all,

A bit of self promotion here. I've just finished the bi-annual review update for ThePOGG.com. I've put together a summary of the issues that came to light, both player and affiliate, and felt that this might be useful to some of the webmasters here who haven't had the time to do the industry research. Thanks GD. I do this sort of research twice a year and while it helps me keep the site up-to-date and keep on top of which programs are behaving themselves, it only occurred to me this time round that this sort of overview might be useful to other affiliates.

Maybe I'm being selfish but with all your knowledge (in certain areas), I would and I think other AGD members would too... really appreciate your input and opinions in the numerous topics we have going each day. I think you could breath some life into these day-to-day topics here at AGD.

I try to pop over here as often as I can and will always make the effort (as with a few other boards) to pop on if a player or affiliate feels there's a topic that would specifically benefit from my input. Day to day though, I've got that much going on with keeping ThePOGG ticking over, the upcoming release of POGGStrategies and several other projects that will hopefully come to fruition that I barely get any time away from the computer as it is.

I notice that most of the complaint comments are about unanswered posts at AskGamblers - indeed it was about 50% of the content.
I almost needed a filter just to look at the rest of the issues.

That's a fair observation. Basically this comes about due to the AG complaint system. They tend to deal with a high volume of complaint and the format they use means every complaint regardless of how minor gets a page. If you look at CasinoMeister as a comparison, many of the same complaints wouldn't end up with a thread as the user either doesn't want to go to the hassle of submission, the complaint gets resolved directly with the casino rep or the complaint is simply to minor to be worth reporting on. Max D doesn't tend to put up reports about small issues or issues that have been resolved so you end up with less pages.
