CasinoBlasters have finally decided to remove that Predatory Term that caused so much grief several months ago. Maybe traffic finally died to the point it needed to be removed? We are not sure and hope to get information about the change later today.
REMOVED TERM, Predatory Term, Minimum Player Rule
All fees will be based upon our good faith calculation of Player activity as per our player logs and database records. Our decision in all cases is final. Your account balance must be at least $50 in order to receive any payment. If your account balance is less than $50, the amount will be carried over to the next month’s payment. Stale balances will be cleared from any Affiliate account that is inactive for 180 days. Any Partner Account established post-Nov. 1, 2008 that remains inactive for a period of 90 days will be adjusted to a revenue percentage of 15 percent. Should this account remain inactive for a further 90 days this percentage will drop to 5 percent. Once an ”inactive” account reflects a minimum of one depositing player having been sent the account will be set at a base revenue share of 30 percent. ”Inactive” is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period.
Summary:This term change is a LONG TIME COMING. We will need to talk with CasinoBlasters to ensure that it is not an accidental change before we rejoice, though.
