Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for Casinoempire Partners.

They have Casino Empire as one of their brands.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: CELLXPERT

Admin fee figure found in terms and conditions/or on website:
Affiliate program T&C not available

Test signup and deposit is made from the Country ‘Canada-Vancouver’ since Serbia is one of the restricted countries at the casino.
Date of deposit: 29th December 2023

We deposited €20 via BTC.

The amount we received was €19.83 and therefore we were not able to receive the welcome bonus of 100%. We started playing some slots with our balance of €19.83.

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:
Stats.png

For the deposit of €19.83 via BTC, commission was €7.93
Since we have a 50% deal, NGR is €15.86

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 15.86/19.83= 80%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 20.00 %
  • 30% = 24.00 %
  • 35% = 28.00 %
  • 40% = 32.00 %
  • 45% = 36.00 %
  • 50% = 40.00 %

Not as woefully scammy as some, but still up to 10% less than the advertised commission %.

A couple of issues stood out on the LCB review. Seems their casino, Casino Empire, only offers a very small number of game providers. Add to that this, frankly, clip-joint like T&C.

NB: If a player’s single or cumulative lifetime withdrawals total 5x or more than the value of their lifetime deposits, the withdrawal will be paid in weekly installments.

A player wins a jackpot, that win well exceeds their 5x withdrawals/deposits. Do they get paid in installments?

If a casino doesn't have the money to pay winners (in full), then simple, don't take the bet.

Imagine rocking up to the cashier cage at Vegas, and being told, sorry, your withdrawal, exceeds the amount you've deposited, we can't pay you in full, instead, we're going to pay you in installments.

Have a nice day :p
