Due to their terms payments should be made lastest on 5th, while the manager says latest on 10th..
They still didnt pay and there is absolutely no updates regarding these payments.
I have asked many times for it, and manager says he dont know, and there is nothing more he can do.
7 days ago i told the manager that i will post here since i will have to warn others regarding payment problems/delays - this is the first time i decided to take it further instead of just saying “Ok thank you - will wait some more”.
I did send this:
“Its super annoying that nothing happends, and i was told to open player account, now you can’t transfer to Skrill, and now you can.
As a new affiliate, this really can’t be in your interest, but seems like you can’t do anything from your position about it.
So i need to warn other affiliates who also have on time payments as highest priority, about this.”
and here comes the crazy part..
Chris their manager absolutely raged instead of taking care of the situation or come with an explanation.
Here is his answer:
“This must be a joke. What about building a strong relationship if with the first delay/problem you go all threatening around. This is not the way a strong relationship is being built. This is absurd, you act like a bonus abuser in a casino - threatening with all he has and then he still ends up with nothing.
We are a reliable and well branded casino with a good history, do you really think we would mess around with our partners and don't pay them the commission they deserve ? This is absurd and it annoys me that you put us in this position. I already explained to you many times, that we will pay you the commission, nothing to worry about and that this is the first time we actually are delaying the payments.
There is no lie and scam here, you are acting like you would be the first day in this business, very frustrating to work this way. It's like you wouldn't know that there could be problems sometimes in business. We have few more partners that are also still waiting the commission but meanwhile they even put us in better positions to earn more and they have never ever asked everyday about a delayed payment. Not to mention - threatening with posts elsewhere.
I am really disappointed with your behavior.
And that is true, I have done everything I can from my side for the commission to be paid, everything else unfortunately does not depend on me. So all this situation is not my fault.”
He is the only one i know from this company.. and he told me payments were made latest on 10th.. but he keeps saying its not his fault, and he can’t do more.
Normally i understand if a brand have problems with payments but he didnt even tell me there was problems, he just told me to “sit back and relax - money is on its way”.
Until now i still dont know the reason for their problems.
I didnt reply to that answer, i just decided to wait one more week..
So i asked for a update friday, but he didnt reply.
