When using GWT with 1 account for all sites can google determine which sites link to each other, is this the ultimate proof for them you own the sites ??

Well it is a pretty good indicator. Why go to the bother of having multiple hosting accounts and numerous ip's from different classes if you are going to lump all your sites in WMT/Analytics for google to see.

Yeah pretty stupid of me to reveal which sites are mine but I was not aware of this is in the beginning .........but with many sites how can one manage this........and doesn't G use your IP too when creating multiple accounts ?

What is the best option to do ; remove all sites from GWMT or will this association be with G 4 ever ?

Shit!

If you already have multiple sites listed in a GWT account, I would leave them there. I have my Casinos Online and OCR portals in the same one, plus several others. However, new sites I work on which I want the info from GWT and analytics, I set up fresh dedicated GWT accounts.

I wouldn't worry too much, unless you have over 50 or so sites in the one account. :)

Yeah I think the effect will be minor but the next mistake I made is to have 2 sites pointing to the same google author profile.........I guess I was trustnig google a bit too much LOL

After I did add the link to the profile the SERP from the first site dropped 2-3 pages ..........

Well you live and learn.........and learn to live with it (mistakes) ..........

;D

No not really in fact I believe it screwed up my SERP. I would not recommend/bother doing it next time unless you have a totally unique "news" service.

That's interesting. I have just added my author profile to OCR and I am seeing upwards movement, but it is still very early days.
