Centrebet changes Net Revenue and High Roller Policy
TERMS SPIDERED ON JULY 1ST, 2011 10:35 AM
SUMMARY: Centrebet Affiliates have changed a number of terms in their affiliate contract. The current revisions are to territory exclusion, Net Revenue calculations for affiliate revshare, and the High Roller negative carryover policy.
TERMS UPDATE - TERRITORY EXCLUSION
Centrebet Arcade is not permitted to offer games to persons present in Australia, France French Overseas Territories, Canada, Singapore, Turkey, Italy or the United States of America.
Net Revenue Calculation
Net Revenue is defined as follows: Sports, Racing, Casino Games: All gross monies received by us in respect of all settled bets made by Customers after deducting; (i) monies paid out to Customers as winnings; (ii) monies paid in the form of betting duties, product fees or taxes (or reasonable provisions in respect thereof) (iii) bad debts; (iv) fraud; (v) returned stakes; (vi) transactions which are reversed by instruction from the card-holder's bank (commonly referred to as charge-backs); and (vii) voids and (viii) Bonus Bet/deposit bonuses and other standard processing fees. Poker: All tournament fees and rake contributed by Customers after deducting; (i) monies paid in the form of betting duties, product fees or taxes (or reasonable provisions in respect thereof) (ii) bad debts; (iii) fraud; (iv) transactions which are reversed by instruction from the card-holder's bank (commonly referred to as charge-backs); and (v) Bonus Bet/deposit bonuses and other standard processing fees. Payments: Advertising revenue on the 12th working day of each month end.
High Roller Policy
Rollovers are added to the new calendar month's Earnings to calculate the new calendar month's Total Earnings. If the new calendar month's Total Earnings is still below the minimum payment threshold, it will be carried forward to the next calendar month. In the event that Total Earnings in any calendar month is meta negative amount, we will zero the negative balance that would otherwise be carried forward to the new calendar month. This however does not apply to Total Earnings generated by players who fall under the High Roller Policy.
SUMMARY: The terms changes above are more clarifications than anything else, please read through and make your own conclusions, though.
