As part of IBA measures brought to develop a safer gambling environment, a ban on to use of credit cards in retail and online shops was accepted along with "whistle-to-whistle" advertising for live sport.
The new code, according to the IBA, has been updated, with the two main changes related to credit cards and advertising. Reportedly, updates are already in place for some operators, and others are set to make necessary technological changes by the end of 2021.

So basically, "regulators" around the world are going to systematically shut down online gambling, unless it is offered by mega-corps that bribe the shit out of them and pay multi-million dollar license fees.
