I made a partnership with ChiliPartners, where for every user who signed up through my link and deposited €20, I would receive 70%, with a 60% KPI. I did my job promoting it through my stories and communities, bringing a significant number of people to the casino. When the time came to get paid, they simply ignored me. My first manager, Tetiana, with whom I closed the deal, blocked me without any prior notice. Then, when I tried to contact other team members to resolve the issue, I was blocked again after providing my ID and name. No explanation, no support, and no resolution.

I tried reaching the head of affiliates via Skype, and the only response I got was being ignored. No justifications, no attempt to solve the problem. ChiliPartners is not a serious company. They simply do not fulfill their payments and use empty excuses to avoid their obligations. And I'm not the only one. I know other content creators who had similar issues. Some managed to resolve them, but they were never satisfied with ChiliPartners.

If you're considering a partnership with ChiliPartners, DON'T DO IT! There are much better and more reliable alternatives in the market. I will expose this case everywhere so more people know the truth. I and several other creators will ensure that this story is spread across major forums and communities. ChiliPartners already has a shady history, and we will make sure its reputation gets even worse.

Additionally, the casino in question operates illegally in Portugal, which means that when it suits them, they hide behind that excuse to avoid their responsibilities. But that didn’t stop them from accepting the Portuguese players I brought to the platform. I am a content creator with over 100,000 followers, and I have enough influence to ensure this exposure reaches a lot of people. If I don’t get fairly paid for the work I did, rest assured that this post will not be the last circulating online. Be warned: ChiliPartners is a SCAM.

Thank you to both the @Daniel_Porto and the Chilli Partners team for sharing your perspectives and documentation in this matter.

We understand the sensitivity and impact such disputes can have on both sides, especially when involving issues of traffic quality and commission adjustments. Our role at AGD is to provide a space for transparent, professional discussion and to help affiliates and programs resolve matters fairly based on the information provided.

Chilli Partners has submitted an official statement providing details about their internal fraud detection processes for affiliate @Daniel_Porto. According to their report, several red flags were identified, including:
  • Multiple player accounts registering from identical or linked IPs and devices.
  • Uniform deposit amounts of €20 across all players.
  • Shared payment methods (Mbway Exactly New) used repeatedly.
  • Consistent gameplay behavior suggesting potential automated or coordinated activity.
Based on these findings, the program has taken the step to withhold or deduct commissions tied to this traffic.

At this stage, we are not taking a side but are continuing to monitor the thread for further clarification that may assist the community in understanding the full context.

Please keep the discussion respectful and focused on facts. Our aim is to ensure all affiliates and programs are treated fairly and transparently under our community standards.

Coming from an ex operator I can assure you that if you would come to us with such traffic we would also close your account. We have seen such cases to many times, to fall for it. Gotta stick with the Chillis decision here.

Honestly, seems like a shady activity from you Daniel.
As mentioned in your other post, been working with Chilli for over 3 years, thousands of FTD's sent and never have I ever experienced a delayed reply, or a payment issue.

If you are confident about your traffic, gather a proof of its origin, post it here or send it to Chilli.
You are a "content creator"? What type? Influencer? Easily can be considered as incentivized traffic, if you did not approve your approach before the start.

Partially agree with statements above. If the action is not one sided and the operator explained why this happened, case closed.
In best case, standard RS could be paid if the casino made some profit out of the players.
Having a shady intention or not, it does not matter. An operator can't keep paying 70 EUR for 20 EUR worth traffic.

The decision in this case could be correct, but I would still stay far away from Chili partners, that's for sure!
