Club Vegas USA - another Rival in trouble...?

Since the beginning of May I have been unable to log in to their affy program:
Maxrevshare - The Best Casino Affiliate Program

The site looks OK, but every time I enter my log-in details I get a "page can not be found" error...

Anyone else having problems, or able to log-in OK?

Yea, I deleted all of their links a couple of weeks ago. Another mom & pop operation apparently!

I heard about this one shortly ago myself. The affiliate program (by Rival and on Rival's servers) appears to be MIA. This is a Rival-thing, so it means that either:

• Rival screwed up
• Rival hasn't been paid and took down the affiliate program
• MaxRevshare went out of biz and had Rival Shut it down

I don't see any other possibilities here.

The casino is still operating. I even called support. Its the aff program that seems to have disappeared.
