Colorado Senate Changed Rules of Problem Gambling Funding

Although the intention of the bill was to ensure funding for gambling actions needed, with the recently updated House Bill 22-1402 funding is to be made annually. With this amendment, the funding process for the programs will need to be reapproved each year.

The bill sets up a grant program where around $3 million will be set aside for problem gambling funding.
