6.4. CL reserves the right to terminate this Agreement by a notice in writing (an email being sufficient) if the Referral Company does not actively promote the Participating Sites. Not actively promoting the Participating Sites shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Referral Company shall be deemed to be ‘not actively promoting’ the Participating Sites if the Referral Company fails to get at least 5 new Referred Players within in any three consecutive months’ period.

Affiliate Lounge is listed as Predatory here because (1) they have a history of retroactively changing T&Cs and (2) they have a quota clause in the T&Cs.

This new Commission Lounge program doesn't have the same casinos available to promote as Affiliate Lounge -- the sites look similar, but the casinos are different. Maybe the brands are owned by the same people; I don't know.

Whatever the case, the passage posted by Inspiration will get them a Predatory listing for sure.

Seriously, warrichpk? No, I don't think so -- their T&Cs are predatory.

I'm not sure what you are doing here, making so many useless posts yesterday and today, but I think I speak for many here when I say that you need to give it a rest.

I agree with Engineer and you *have* been warned about this before. This is why you currently have no ability for signatures or PM's.

Hi there,
CL was make IMO only for Turkish market. Since gambling in Turkey is illegal and Betsson / aff. lounge want to look legal, they have made a daughter company.
I read their turkish database was "sold" for 2 M euros.

Anyways I was quite happy with them since there is nothing better for turkey. BUT. Their numbers are somewhat weird.

250 NRC
70 NDC
5000 E deposits
900 revenue
900/4 my income

those I very low numbers IMO, maybe the reason is that Turkey is very poor country and I have no experience with poor country traffic

now, week+ after finished month (and after my previous post) the revenue went up to 650 E or so with completely different data

but for this month i have only zeroes as deposits/revenue

Now I have back the small amount as revenue for last month. All numbers changed back down.

They must have some issues.
