Hi,
I'm not getting any younger (50 next month) and been in the industry since 2000, so you can imagine how many hours I put into sites etc...etc.
Right now I have around 30 sites some include blogs too. I'm finding it increasingly harder to maintain them. Although I'm not ready for aged care just yet ;D I realise my drive isn't running at the capacity it once was.
For the last few months I've been considering offering a partnership deals on a number of my sites. Given the current US issues, it might offer a couple of good webmasters a fresh stream of income. Means and ways of payment would be discussed in PM (not adding it here for obvious reason).
I'm not looking for any investment, I am however only looking for clued up, switched on affiliate webmaster(s) who have a fire in their belly and are prepared to work alongside me on some sites which would return them a 45/55 split in all revenue for that site.
All my sites target the lucrative Australian and New Zealand markets. Apart from a couple of .com the rest are .au and .nz respectively.
All this probably sounds good but like most, there is always the trust factor to consider. To this end, I currently run a partnership with BigBcasinos (Brian) and have done since 2008. Brian and I have done numerous business deals going back to 2005 - we not talking chump change here. We've both kept our word and never had any dramas. I've also completed deals with out webmasters such as BigFish, again everything has run according to agreement.
Anyway, if what I've outlined above may interest you, then please PM me. I must stipulate that I'm only looking to enter into a partnership with affiliate webmaster(s) who are competent in:

- web development (php - html)
- Wordpress
- vBulletin (is a plus)
- have a drive to succeed
- fresh ideas (experience in social media and link building advantageous)
