Condor Affiliates non responsive

We have been having major problems contacting Condor affiliates over the last several months, since November 2018. They (Dino) have mysteriously stopped replying to emails and never seem to check or respond to messages sent directly on their platform.
They owe us commission which I have been trying to get them to pay.
Strangely we still receive their regular weekly newsletters which is frustrating.

Has anyone else had these problems?
If anyone from Condor reads this, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.

Condor affiliates have since emailed us directly to resolve the problem, I have sent them all the information and hopefully they will reply this time.

Condor affiliates have been in contact with us and have fully resolved all outstanding issues. They have been extremely professional, providing full explanations and apologies on what went wrong. They have paid us our outstanding commission and we will be happy to promote their brands once more.
