The UKGC ADR accreditation process was a long road starting early on last year and one that I've invested a lot of myself in. I know that a good number of people within the industry were unsure that the UKGC would ever approve an affiliate as a dispute resolution service and I completely understand why they felt that way. Without question there was a lot of scrutiny of our service and a lot of back and forth with the UKGC. It's a week after we got the news and I'm still feeling a bit stunned that it's all come together. Stunned, but very very happy and I'm very much looking forward to ICE and LAC this year and opening up new channels of communication with as many operators as possible.

Hope you're all ready for the conferences and it turns out to be a really productive experience for you all!
