CoolAffs Affiliate Programm, Payment delays

Hey Everyone, Hope you having a great time on Xmas and New Year.

We are working with this newly launched brand Coolzino they have affiliate program CoolAffs {https://track.coolaffs.com/partner/}.

We got paid for Oct'24, but for Nov'24 users they are delaying alot..
When i asked my AM he said he is waiting for the approval from his management and many other affiliates payments are also in queue.

So we just wanted to know is anybody else facing the same issue with them?

Would really appreciate some help here!!

hey! we've been working with them for a while and received our Nov payment fully as well as for the previous months, so we had only positive experience with them, hope you'll resolve your issue positively

sure, we've received it around two weeks ago, I remember they had some delays, but they were responsive and kept in touch
