CPlanet changes minimum payment and reduces commissions (Terms Change)

C-Planet (formerly Affibucks) has made 2 moves with their latest terms change. 1 will mark their program as predatory:

Change #1: The minimum payment for commissions has now changed from $50 to $200. That is a fairly large change for small affiliates

Change #2: If you NO LONGER promote C-Planet properties, they will reduce your commissions percentage LOWER than their agreed-upon rate and LOWER than any rate mentioned within the terms and conditions or on their website.
