Hey All,

We had worked with crypto-games.io last month on CPA deal, from first day they having intention to scam us, we provided them huge traffic as per their expectations and full fill thier given KPI, the affiliate manager intentionally set the commission on panel as RS and told that they having glitch in thier CPA calculations, we asked them to share all details via mail but they didn't provided and made excuses everytime. We having all proofs about our deal and agreed KPI,

At the time of payment they made thier excuses that the deal was set on RS, when we gave them proof then they come to say that it's been hybrid deal(commission not calculated as per hybrid deal also), and when we gave them proof again about their statement that the deal was pure CPA, then they made another excuse that it'll loss making for them to pay us according to CPA payout. I don't know how can a brand have these kind of double standards. They again tried to scam us and told to forget about last month payment and work again for this month. They gave us only option that we need to forget our last payment and work for this month otherwise deal will be closed.
And as per the latest conversation with them thier affiliate manager William and thier other affiliate manager Beka (who representing him self as owner) told us they not going to pay our commission.

Also they blamed us that we made post on affiliate guard (which we didn't they probably done scam with many) now they will defame us and mark our traffic as totally fraud, it's such a unprofessional behaviour we ever saw with any brand.

We need assistance in this and want to aware everyone about thier intentions to cheat affiliates. We requested them as we can but they didn't agreed.

As we saw other posts about them that's why wanted to know everyone about them.

From 2 months they are doing same scam first all thing will goes fine when validation time come they make so much of excuses to refuse payment and work again for them and when you deny they will block you and directly told you that if you post somewhere they will take legally action against you. All markets should be aware of these type of scam affiliates and companies.

Dear Forum Members,

I trust this message finds you well. It is with a sense of responsibility that I wish to address certain inaccuracies presented in a previous post on this forum, with the intention of illuminating the truth of the matter.

We have identified a cohort of individuals, purportedly based in India, whose intent seems to be to exploit the affiliate system for a flat $50 CPA, albeit showing a willingness to settle for a $30 baseline. Their modus operandi raises several red flags:

  • They mandate a $31 minimum deposit from their Players, a figure that inherently raises suspicion due to its specificity and its avoidance of the sub-$30 category.
  • Their practice involves counting their own stakes and placing $30 "free" bets. In the event of a loss, they secure an additional $20 from the company CPA; a win, however, results in them claiming the proceeds.
  • This systematic approach is alarming, and we urge caution. Unfortunately, in our experience, such tactics have led to an unauthorized withdrawal of $3500.
Should their expected commissions not be disbursed, these individuals reportedly engage in a concerted effort to draw attention through multiple forum posts. Our reaction to such activities has been prompt and assertive; we have taken the necessary step of blocking the associated account. I must emphasize that such behavior is not only unethical but also subject to legal repercussions.

It is widely recognized within the affiliate community that Crypto-Games.io upholds a sterling reputation for fairness and prompt payment. Contrary to the claims made, our affiliates have never faced issues regarding due payments.

To offer further clarity on our procedures, our affiliates are remunerated automatically on the first of every month, negating any necessity for them to initiate contact with their managers for this purpose. It is disappointing that such attempts have been made to tarnish our brand name.

We have made it a point to comment on all posts made by these individuals thus far and extend our sincere apologies for any confusion caused. It is regrettable that the integrity of well-meaning entities is being challenged by such dishonest narratives.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your continued trust in our services.

Best Regards,
Bradley,

@Bradley-CryptoGames How easily you marked our traffic as a fraud, you guys ridiculous.
Why don't your team answered our question and why they ran from group. You are telling now that traffic not appropriate but before yesterday you guys giving us next month budget.
You will give many excuses but don't accept your scam, it's easy now a days to mark any affiliates traffic as fraud, but if you were observing things then why didn't paused the traffic and close the deal after taking whole month traffic on payment time you come to tell me unnecessary excuses. And now we can't trust on your comments as your team changing their statement every day, i wrote all matter it's better to read first and then revert.
And i didn't posted any other thread they were posted bc's you done same thing with many affiliates.
Also about your withdrawal part, how can we control players you guys looking for users to come and all of them loose thier money to your fraud brand casino. If there's no kyc then it's your problem add a kyc section like other casino. But we can't expect these things from you when your affiliate manager didn't know difference between CPA and hybrid deal.
Also we can share all proof where everyone can easily find out that how you guys scamming to affiliates.

And also about deposit amount we made a CPA deal for 20$ BL, i have a downloaded report till 1st Nov 2023. There was not any specific amount i can share here everything if you want to see the deposites amount in all kind like below 20$ to more than 100$. We asked for report but you guys didn't provided that too. Now can't rely on your excuses.
Why don't you tell everyone that your team changed thier statement 4 times at the time of payment if you need i can share you chat SS. You will never revert on these topic bc's you know that was a pure scam formula to shave affiliates payment and get free traffic. You didn't shared a mail we aksed many times your team also made a statement that they having error in thier CPA calculation that's why commission not showing on panel as per deal.
How many excuses you need guys such a ridiculous brand we ever met.

Same thing you did in October month.
You guys came for free and fake marketing promotion. I gaurnteed none of your team will give correct information to their affiliate. In the October Month. You are marked as fraud Casino.
