We hope that you have had wonderful new year celebrations and wish you every success in 2019.

The end of 2018 marked an important milestone in the journeys of Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck, with both casinos taking their first steps towards a brand-new, state-of-the-art gaming platform which will be a significant upgrade on the previous platform. As part of the journey, the casinos have had to temporarily suspend their activities online while they are moved-over to their new homes and so that the licensing bodies can conduct their regulatory compliance checks. Players currently visiting either of these casinos are being greeted by a short message informing them of this temporary suspension in activities.

Due to the nature of these regulatory bodies, it has been extremely difficult to provide a good estimate of when Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck will be approved to resume activities on their new platforms, however; please rest assured that the teams behind both casinos are working around the clock to ensure that this happens as soon as possible.

The Casino Agents team has been informed that both casinos are currently aiming to recommence gaming operations from Friday the 11th of January, although we must stress that this may be subject to change and depends on a number of different factors.

We shall be publishing another news item closer to re-activation of Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck with exciting news about new promotions and details on their brand-new gaming platform. Update 12 Jan 2019:

Further to our previous communication regarding the resumption of operations at Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck; we have received the news that the casinos will not be ready to go live today as previously advised.

Both casinos require regulator approval prior to re-commencing gaming operations and, although the required compliance checks have been completed by one regulator, the process has not yet been completed by the other.

Naturally, this is very disappointing news - especially for the teams who have been working so hard to get the casinos live - however, it is essential that Cyber Club Casino and Jackpot Luck receive full approval by the regulators before they can launch on their new platforms.

Again; while it is hard to anticipate how long it will take the regulators to complete their checks, the teams at both casinos have set a new target date of Friday 18th January for the relaunch. We will continue to keep all our partners updated as and when we receive more information.
