Anyone have some info about this Microgaming casino and their affiliate program?

I have contacted by someone asking me to start promoting them so I'm wondering if there is someone that already works with Cyber Club Casino.

Thanks

I'm not working with them yet, but I might be soon. I was contacted by them too, earlier this week.

They have some HORRIBLE terms in their conditions about NCO, but when I pointed this out to the contact, he agreed to waive it:
4.5 Payment Minimums. You will only be sent the money if the amount due is more than £100.00. However, if the Marketing Fees payable to you are less than £100.00 in any calendar month, then we may hold those fees until the total amount due is more than £100.00 (or if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated.

If the amount due for a particular pay period is negative (Redeems exceed Purchases) then the negative amount will be carried over into the following pay period, unless you have agreed a custom commission plan with us in advance where no negative balances are carried over.
If there is no following payment due, then we may send you a bill for the negative amount.
If you have more than one tracker, then the above payments will be determined on the sum total of your trackers combined.

IMHO the biggest problem with this brand, is that they are just a small MG Flash only casino and are up against loads of much better casinos with multiple softwares (including MG). Unless they have a really eye-catching welcome bonus (which they don't), they are REALLY going to struggle to convert many players.

I'll point them to this thread and if they remove that term I might be working with them also.

Of course! ;)

I found out yesterday that this casino is apparently closely related to Golden Boys Bet - which apart from having one of the most gay names I've ever heard of (am I allowed to say that?), I recall there was something dodgy about their terms too. I can't remember what though as I was a couple of years ago that I looked at them.

I'm promoting them and I was very shocked when I saw that part of term, so I contacted my Affiliate Manager Andrew regarding this on skype, here is what he wrote:

" The term you have highlighted does not apply to you as you have a custom commission plan that includes no negative carry over. Even though this term doesn’t apply to you, I am not really sure why it is there and am trying to have it removed from the site to avoid confusion. This term has never and will never be applied to any affiliate."

It should be quite straight forward for them to remove it then

I'm Andy one of the affiliate managers at cyber club affiliates. I want to thank you for bringing this term to my attention, as I said in one of my previous messages this should not have been in our terms and condtions as it is not something we apply at all. I wasnt sure if it was related to our license authority but that is now clarified and the term has been re-written to remove that line. Please see cyberclubaffiliates.com/terms - Cyber Club Affiliates - Terms & Conditions section 4.5.
