Dear Playshare,
I hope all is well.
As you probably already know, Affiliate Guard Dog has marked Playshare predatory due to the retroactive contract change in regards to HRs. Please let me know should the Powers that Be decide to honor my contract in this matter. The change took place in 2008. A clear and classic breach of contract. My player joined in 2006 yet you snuck in your term anyway (kind of like the UIGEA did when they slipped it into the Port Act in exactly the same way). Affiliates didn't have a clue!
I understand it's not your decision as AM's. Just passing it on as you are my point of contact.
