We received the following email:

"Dear Affiliates,

Due to technical errors we regret to inform you that there is a delay in payments for the month of August 2022.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Payments should reach your accounts throughout the coming working days.

If you have any queries kindly reach out to your Account Manager. Alternatively, send us an email to affiliates@mrgreen.com.

And now delayed September payments.
After asking:
"Our technical team is working on resolving some data issues related to September payments as soon as possible."
and later:
"Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when the issues will be resolved. However, we are doing our utmost to be able to pay out as soon as possible"

Thanks @MissExposé !

Well, of course i'd like to know when the issue will be resolved, or waht is wrong. It's a payment over September, so quite some time late.

Hello All,

Our apologies for the late reply on this thread.

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing issues with data on our system which is causing commissions to be wrongly calculated. Due to this, we are encountering delays in paying out commissions.

We are aware that this is an inconvenience to our affiliates and we highly apologise for it. However we are positive that you understand that we cannot pay out before we ensure that the data is all correct.

We are expecting a delay in future payments, until this issue is fully resolved, and we will keep an active communication with our affiliates along the process.

Additionally, we would like to confirm that August payments were sent out in beginning October whilst September payments have been paid out last week.

We are working relentlessly to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

We would like to renew our apologies for the inconvenience.

Well it was a good idea. Buy your affiliate department did not do it. Talk is cheap.

I have sent a couple of e-mails and messages through the affiliate interface. No answer. A friend of mine who also have outstanding payments have sent e-mail. No answer.

Seriously considering to remove Mrgreen from my sites. I like the Mrgreen website but the hassle every month regarding payment is not worth it. I think you only paid one time on time the last year :(

But you dont answer on this e-mail? At least you can answer you e-mails and give us a timeframe if possible, If it was not a big brand like Mrgreen I would have dropped this program like a bad habit.
Same pay out problems every month. No answer to e-mails, no mails with promos and infos to affiliate like back in the days, where you sometime had exclusive affiiate deals we could catch players with.
