We deposited €14.90 / 0.00094 via BTC and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 600.

Our balance with the welcome offer was €29.80 and we started playing some slots.

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of €14.90 via BTC NGR was €14.10
Since we have 50% our earnings were €7.05

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 14.10/14.90 = 95%.

Hello, regarding Dexterbet partners I can say that they are thieves so people please stay away from them.

We had a deal for the Swedish market with them which was 100E + 30RS ( baseline 20e) so I started slowly sending some traffic there and my commission was 700e. After I asked for the payment this is the answer I got:

"I checked all the players. This is a real situation. Please allow me to explain.

We have a total of 6 players, of which (50%) 3 have deactivated their profiles. And I don't like this at all. The other 2 players are not targeting the CPA requirement."

Is it my job as an affiliate to keep players on the product? No. They have CRM, good games and other stuff. So, because their product is bad they are just cutting off their affiliates with payments.

Let us provide you with feedback on this situation, although the answer you are looking for here has been given to you. You had a deal with us of 100 CPA + 30% RS (BL 20) for the Sweden market for your website, which is considered SEO traffic.

According to our Affiliate Terms And Condition.

4.1 The term 'Fraud' about affiliate collaboration is an attempt by an affiliate or group of affiliates to create fraudulent income with a coordinated effort. Collusion shall include, but is not limited to:

a. coordinated bonus abuse in the attempt to collect affiliate income
b. coordinated betting, where such bets are made as an offset to collect commissions
c. continual chargebacks by real money players for reasons of collecting commissions
d. offering affiliates and/or players financial incentives to gain a rebate from your affiliate commissions
e. duplicate affiliate and/or player accounts for collusion
f. any other act which, DexterBet has determined through detailed analysis is being used to collect fraudulent commissions

7.1 Affiliates must refer a MINIMUM of 5 First Time Depositing Customers (FTDs) in each calendar month to be eligible to receive any commission.

This affiliate is looking for earnings for November 2022, December 2022 and January 2023.
Each month there are two players. For all three months are six players in total.
The total deposit from all six players and all three months is 594 euros. But our affiliate wants to earn more than he brings to us.

What's more strange is that all players are deactivated or frozen.

The CPA part is not calculated or paid for players who have “self-excluded”, ''Deactivated'' & “cooling off” statuses.

All the calculations and corrections have been done within the Terms & Conditions of our Affiliate Program.



This affiliate aggressively responded to us and insulted our managers. We do not recommend this affiliate to anyone.
