DingDingDing Affiliates is totally ignore and won`t to pay

Dear colleagues,


We have encountered an issue with the advertiser DingDingDing Affiliates.
A few months ago, their manager asked to pause traffic due to technical reasons and later informed us that he was resigning. Instead, he added his colleagues – a financial officer and a director – to the general chat. For several months now, we have been unable to get any response from them, and, of course, we haven't received any payments.
