I have a guy in my forum that is really trying to find an online casino that accepts players from Nepal.. Any idea where I can point him? He says he can use PayPal Skrill or BitCoin, but any casino I can find that accepts players from Nepal seems to not allow those deposit options..

Its already hard to find casinos that accept paypal for countries like Belgium or Netherlands, so Nepal I am not sure you will find any. Same for Bitcoin.
On the other hand, I have no idea about Skrill, I thought it was available everywhere or almost everywhere.
You might need to encourage this player to use an alternative method like a credit card or prepaid card.
I have also seen few casinos accepting payments via Western Union. Although I wouldn't recommend it but due to the extra fees but I am just saying.

if you can tell him who accepts players from Nepal, he get the most inportant answer - after he knows also which payments are accepted.
i have a similar question to playes in Portugal .
if you know who accepts living IN Portugal, tell me please.

Last year if I am not mistaken, Portugal decided to tighten their rules in regards to online gaming, so indeed very few sites accept players from this country.
However if I am not mistaking, in regards to Nepal or Portugal you could advise your players to access sites like betatcasino, lucky31 or royalpanda.
I am currently working with these casinos and so far they have all been great.
Looking at their terms and conditions, they seem to accept players from the countries you asked.

I've been playing a bit at BetAt lately, granted I'm not in Nepal or Portugal but I find their slots, especially the NetEnt slots very fair. This month so far I've withdrawn around $11k and deposited about $12K.

I don't think that the big UK players have blocked Nepal (I don't think it's on their radar to exclude)
So places like Bet365, Ladbrokes, BetVictor, PaddyPower should all take your player and accept Moneybookers / Skrill

Thanks for the options, I'll throw him a few of them.. We have tired Royal Panda and 32Red so far, but he said the deposit options didn't work for him.. Ill give him a few more options, thanks everyone for your help!
