I've been trying to talk with a few different affiliate manager from their side to look into a potential partnership, but they never follow-up to work out the details etc. I guess they have enough affiliates.

Worked with them in the past for 15 months. In those months I had 1 or 2 months where the payment DID NOT require chasing.

And I hate chasing payments I really really really hate it. But there was always something from "Hurricane in Manila" to "The $$ department has issues" to "_______ fill in the blank".

What tipped the glass for me was being told I will not receive my commission because of a negative previous month (which wasn't true) so after wasting a whole day of talking to this person and that person, it was indeed verified that it was a mix up. Until someone actually checked, the people I talked to just kept repeating what the previous one has told me without bothering to check.

Happily gave them my 55 players, closed my account and never looked back. 'Till one day i received some payment and had my account reopened. I insisted in returning it and re-closing my account. After a lot of complications with the return I gave it to charity and re-closed the account.

Bottom line, don't waste time and traffic. There are companies out there converting better, being 10x more transparent and prompt and do not make you chase what's yours.

I wouldn't touch them with YOUR barge-pole!

OK for players - thieving bastards when it comes to affiliates.
They don't NEED affiliates - and believe me, it shows!

No, I've heard plenty of horror stories about William Hill if I were you I would stay away. This was in Australia, but that was the only reason I gave them a chance, I've heard affiliates all over the world (well, mainly Europe) complain about WH. There are better affiliate programs out there. Not many any more, I don't think, but I'm cynical and pissed off at how every single affiliate program has treated me, I might just air some dirty laundry and be done with it. A lot of the cheating bastards deserve to go bankrupt. Matt Tripp is at the top of my list. Too much crap, too little sleep. Too many affiliate programs stealing commissions that I've worked hard for years to build.

The corrupt Crown group can't stop bribing people because I guess that's what rich people do. That ends up getting a Packer into trouble temporarily by Bribing Netenyahu and goodness knows how many others. Packer bribes his way out of trouble but thinks this computer shit is too stressfull for me, let me give it back to Tripp so he can fuck up some more innocent peoples lives by stealing their revenue, using bullshit terms and conditions that I fucking bet I could find on a myriad of sites. For fuck sake Youtube had millions of videos that should be classified as illegal but they get a kick back. This fucking business is worse than porn. I wonder what it takes to sell your soul to a Matt Tripp or a James Packer. Mariah Carey probably knows the answer to one of them but Matt? Geez.

William Hill, which was one of, if not my very first Australian bookmaker canned me since 2002 because I wasn't profitable enough for them. Ok, so if I am making 30% of what they are making, and that's not enough, then fucking hell. Something is wrong. How much does it cost for them to send a direct deposit each fucking month. It's not like I ever asked for custom graphics or free tickets to games or anything, fucking hell.

I'm making a company a hundred grand a month and they can me, but not only that, they take all of my affiliates, either place those affiliate accounts into their own tracking code, so instead of me getting $60,000 next time, the affiliate managers will share it or it could possibly go into a "default" account, but with all the stinking greed I've seen in this industry I highly doubt it, unless it goes straight into Matt Tripps affiliate account - "Hey boys, I want to go on a holiday next month, steal say 5 mil worth of affiliate accounts for me will ya's, cheers big ears, thanks matey, you guys are the fucking best dumb cunts I've ever got to work for me - EXCEPTING of course the affiliates" cue raucous laughter from everyone, even the janitor who just got his weekly packet of 20 grand shoved in his pocket.

William Hill gave me virtually no warning before they shut their affiliate program down, instantly taking away anywhere between $1,000 and $10,000 a month on average, sometimes more, sometimes less but it was reasonably stable for a gambling outfit.

They could have seen this for my last few months with them before the shut down. I will then post the last couple of emails between their affiliate manager, who's a good guy and all, as far as I can tell he was the only affiliate manager who worked at anything touched by Tripp that showed some courtesy and understanding and wasn't just trying to fuck me over every chance he got. But I wouldn't trust William Hill at all. Anywhere, ever again. No fucking way, nobody else should either. One more thing before I wrap this up.

DON'T TRUST MATTHEW TRIPP EITHER
Unless you like having your money stolen from you, then getting ignored - most likely at the direction of this fucking asshole.

That includes my last two payments after I was notified of the affiliate program closure on Tue, 07 Aug 2018 - However, that's not the worst of it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

William Hill Australia has determined to shut down its Affiliate program with effect from this Monday 13 August 2018 (Termination Date).

In accordance with clause 21(a) of the William Hill Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, William Hill desires to terminate your agreement (Affiliate Agreement). Your participation in the program will officially end on the Termination Date.

As a result of this termination, and in accordance with clause 21(c) of the Affiliate Agreement, all rights and licences given to you under the Affiliate Agreement are terminated from the Termination Date. You will be paid any outstanding commission owed up to the Termination Date.

To ensure your final payment is correct, please email us your July and August invoices (Invoices can be generated under the ‘My Account’ tab in the Affiliate program). In accordance with clause 19(c)(v) of the Affiliate Agreement, your final payment will be withheld until we receive this invoice.

You must cease promoting William Hill Australia and Centrebet prior to the Termination Date. Please remove all William Hill Australia and Centrebet banners, text links, logos, trademarks, and any additional material from your site(s), and disable any links from your site/s to ours. This applies regardless of whether such material has been supplied by William Hill Australia or created by you.

Once again we would like to thank you for working with William Hill and we’d like to extend all best wishes for the future.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards

Yada Yada Yada...

Hello,

With the closure of the William Hill affiliate program as notified on the 7th August 2018 we require you to INVOICE us for final payment to make sure all details are correct.

Please email us your July invoice (this can be done via the affiliate program under “My Account”).

As for August commissions the period will be closed off at the end of the month and all affiliates will be notified so they can start sending through invoices.

Also please remember to remove all William Hill Australia and Centrebet logos, creative and copy from your website as these brands no longer exist.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Regards

Then, the final kicker for me.

Hi Wade,

I appreciate the fact that William Hill paid my final invoice.

Will the clients that I referred to William Hill that are merged into the new incarnation of Bet Easy be assigned under an affiliate account that I will receive commissions for, or will the commissions be assigned to an affiliate manager, or will the commissions be forfeited completely?

I appreciate all that you have done for me over the years, you have been a great affiliate manager and I hope you have all the success in the future that you deserve.

Regards,

Hi,

No clients were merged with William Hill tracking unfortunately, commissions were therefore were forfeited with the closure of the program.

All the best for the future.

Cheers

Re-reading my post, they didn't can me in 2002, I started working with them around 2002, they canned me September 2018. I can't edit posts, otherwise I would edit a few other typos and mistakes.
