Hey Andy,

Problem with Doyle stats.

Player sent me a receipt that they deposited 500.00. It did not show in my stats. I wrote Monique. I did not disclose the amount.

Monique asked to give her time.

Then 300.00 showed in my stats. However, I have a player receipt from neteller in the amount of $500. Naturally I demanded an answer.

I was advised that I am not reading the stats properly,

1. You're confusing the gross revenue amount to a deposit.

Your casino affiliate earnings are based on the Player's Net Revenue
which is defined as the total amount your players have LOST at the
casino minus any costs incurred such as casino bonuses, progressive
jackpot fees and chargebacks.

The Gross revenue amount is not the deposit amount, so you won't see the $500.00 deposit amount. He has indeed made that deposit amount however, the revenue generated will vary.

This is some serious stuff. I have a receipt from a player that deposited 500. I did not see that on my stats until I confronted them. Then I continue to get the run around. AFTER the fact. I would Not have gotten anything if my PLAYER DID NOT TELL ME!

It was supposed to be 500. Doyle credited me 300 with the lame explaination above.

I have the player receipt. This is a MOJO AUDIT that failed at Doyles.

My earnings from my loyal player at DOYLES CASINO who deposited 500 was $36.00. I have many other at Doyles.
Zero earnings. Perhaps I should ask my players.

Yes for sure - what i would do - is send an email to your players in a nice way suggesting their maybe issues with Doyles stats and you want to make sure they are correct. See if anyone has deposited...

I also think - You can get better results by AM for where this 500 went. If they deposited 500 - i cant see where 36 would come into effect unless they played only poker... and raked very little.

If all else fails - you could contact cake to look into it, I am not sure how they work - but hopefully better the MERGE - which is the most terrible system.

I would think it will get fixed for you this way..

This is the casino end. I don't promote the poker. I was doing pretty good with them but when the new stats were added I am making much much less. Every month there is a problem. It's disappointing because I was building a nice player base.

The first month with the new stats I was paid less than what was reflected when the month ticked over. I did not have screenshots so there was nothing I could do.

Then this players deposit didn't show up.

Now this month, the graphs on the main page are showing earnings but my revenue report is all zeros which means no payment. Again I have to write and ask whats up. Screenshots and all. I'm told they are working on this error.

I don't have the energy to persue this right now but I did want to warn other affiliates if they are using doyle.

I can understand what the affiliate manager is saying, in a sense.

If your player deposited $500 and still has $200 in the account (lost $300), then you will only be paid on the $300 portion. If that is the case, then they are correctly showing $300 as the revenue that you would get your revshare from.

I think that only the affiliate manager can really help you at this point. HOWEVER - what exactly was the reason that the player was not tagged to you in the first place? That is the serious question out of all of this.

Here is what it looks like. The Gross Revenue shows 330.00 and Casino Deductions are $200. My commision is paid on 130.00. I don't know what the deductions are but they are high. My commission is 32.50. I was wrong about the 36.00 I posted above. :p

edit add: I have not seen this player in Feb and he is zero accross the board.

The deposit was made on Jan 19th. I suppose it could be the money is still in there but I don't know. I could ask the player but I don't want to have to do that. No where do I see 500 and clearly (i think) the $200 was casino deductions and I am not sure why.

Just doesn't ring right to me. Especially when it didn't appear in my stats at all. No idea why the deposit didn't show in the first place but alarm bells are on.
