Hi folks, we've busted another fraudulent casino running pirated games. Its name is WinnerMillion and runs an affiliate program called EarningMillion. It has all the hallmarks of a fraudulent rogue operation: fake games served off a Russian registered domain that is chosen to be similar to a real Net Ent domain, and false licensing and auditing claims.

But this one is more brazen than most. Not content just to offer fraudulent games, they are specifically requesting that players who are withdrawing supply photos of their credit cards with the CVV number visible for "verification". I'm sure you can see where this is going ... if you lose, they win. If you win, they commit identity theft and fraudulent credit card transactions and ... they win.

I can't post links here but our article with more information and proof is on Casino Listings titled "Winnermillion Casino Busted Using Pirated Games".

Not sure, but I would be very wary when dealing with these individuals. Kudos for outing another game pirate though. Keep an eye on your backlink profile for toxic backlinks though. Negative SEO is very real as my main site has been on the receiving end of it in the past.

Ah yes, Fabrice hit us up on our contact form too. He's outraged apparently.

I'm Outraged

I have just seen the forum written about us, and I do NOT understand how as a site having a good reputation you can ask from players to do chargeback ??! this goes against our industry, after that all the players who deposit, are going to do chargebacks, you think that is ok ?

Regarding the credit card, it is a completely normal procedure, since we need the full kyc of the player, in order to avoid paying the player's winnings, and that the players can make us a chargeback. this is simply to fight against fraud!

we always ask the players to hide the middle numbers of the front of the credit card, for its safety, and leave the last 4 digits. without all the digits of a credit card, there are no ways to debit the card.

I thank you in advance to write a message on your forum, and do not especially encourage players to do chargeback, especially when they have play and enjoy at casino! as this is simply called THEFT !!!!

Thanks in advance also to remove us from your blacklist!

Fabrice.

So he completely ignores the pirated games running on a "lookalike" domain to deceive people, the fake licensing seal, and the fake auditing seal. Instead he goes for the "we're a poor casino victim of chargebacks, asking for a CVV number is perfectly normal" angle. I'm tired of the attitude from casinos that they should be exempt from chargeback laws just because they think they are special. If they defraud people with fake games, or if they refuse to pay legitimate winnings, or if they double charge, or any other litany of potential problems where a player is ripped off, they should expect to receive a chargeback just like any other business that accepts credit cards.

Hearing this guy complaining about THEFT !!!! must be the most colossal case of irony I have heard in a long time.

Fair enough mate.

In that case (as this is an affiliate forum) how are you finding their affiliate platform? Are any players stupid enough to play there and is the affiliate program as rogue as the casino itself?

I think they emailed us some time ago and we always add new casinos and review them, http://www.earningmillion.com/ is the affiliate program, we have had 1 small depositor, this month surprisingly.

You may have another one soon! ;)
I read over on CM that this casino is still offering South Park (the slot) which NetEnt pulled ages ago.
As it was one of my all time favourites - I want to play it - pirated or not!

Some positive news guys. WinnerMillion told us they have removed the fake Netent games. We are currently in process of verifying this , and so far it looks like they indeed removed these games.

Will keep you posted.

Hello.

I confirm by this message that we have took off all the Fake games. We didnt knew that this is fake games, so we have verified if this is fake games or not by, and after deep verification, we conclude as well that this is fake and pirated games, so we have decided to terminate immediately the contract with the fake netent provider.

This story is behind us now.

Regards
