I always wondered why some casinos converting much harder and players stop playing suddenly.

Well, we just have a case with one of our forum members,
Just a normal player, who spends not really much gambling, is happy if he can get some free spins etc.

He wondered why he is not getting emails and free spins offers from Casino Cruise anymore.
He wanted to login to his casino acocunt to ask the support and found his account locked.

We asked them why is that, it seems that the player self excluded himself at one of EveryMatrix Casinos and is therefore locked out at all of them.

Now here we go, players are not really aware of what will happen if they make use of self exclusion.
The player is really surprised about this, not happy at all finding himself locked out at so many casinos.

Also asked the player for more info like at which casino he requested to have his account closed.
Well, so far he only remembers LeoVegas.com... and they are not on EveryMatrix, are they?
(Maybe they were in the past?)

I have checked in my player account at LeoVegas, they do have self exclusion set up there.
Easy click ........ and then you can choose a reason ......... (Amazed why gambling addiction must be on 2nd place in the list, easy to have this then chosen)

Player wanted to close his account permanent, and you get "permanent" in the right box only if you choose gambling addiction.

Now as I said already ........ mistakes may happen here, players exclude themselves and do not even read good,
assume whoever does this is anyways upset at the casino for various reasons and then it can happen that they do not check carefully what they have chosen in the form.

Looks like the player, has been locked from all Everymatrix Casinos for fraud, which does surprise me really, cannot imagine he is a fraud player. Well ......

Well the player let me know, that he is absolute sure that he did not make multiple accounts at same casinos.
When I asked him, if there could have been maybe a chargeback issue , he told me that he did not even know such a thing is possible.
He uses only Ecopayz and Paysafe to deposit, he would have no clue how to ask money back.

Now very funny, that we had another member from Germany coming with another issue:
They wanted to deposit in NextCasino (Also EveryMatrix) today , and could not deposit, instead they got a message like ....... From your country it is not possible to deposit due gambling regulations - Only withdrawals are possible"

Now is there something going on with EveryMatrix Casinos? Just Coincidence all?

Yep - Due to License restrictions EM were forced to close access in the County called Hessen, located in Germany. This action will not have ramifications over the whole country and we will close the activity only in Hessen, mid part of Germany.

Asked him, he does not live in Hessen, he lives near the border to Hessen.
Hope EM Casinos not checking only via IP who is from Hessen? This would not be very smart.

Also this player let me know, that they do not live in Hessen, they live in Baden Württemberg. (Hessen is in mid Germany, and has borders with 6 other counties, Baden Württemberg is one of them)
We have emailed Next Casino and asked for clarification.
