Flash to gif

Hi all,

Im just looking for some software or an easy way to change/convert a flash banner to a gif version, any ideas?

I make my own GIFs from flash. Not sure if you would call it easy or not, as you have to do it manually - but it only takes about 15-20 minutes:

First I just take screenshots of the flash banners and save them in "paint" (usually only 2 - 4 shots)
Then I use a free software called "Zoner GIF Animator 5" to make those shots into a GIF.
Load the GIF onto my page and add the affy link.

Thinking about it, I've had it for many years, so I MIGHT have paid for it. If I did, it wouldn't have been very much.
