Hey all,

I calmed down from a few posts ago, but I wanted to catch up with everyone since I haven't been quite vigilant in moderating posts of late.

We have a group here of excellent affiliates. We have a lot of experience. We have a lot of advice we can give to help those entering the business.

What I want everyone to do whilst posting is to consider posting helpful and positive comments on every post. It is easy to criticize, point fingers, and make guessing accusations. But - we can help others more by being both positive AND helpful. Turn every possible negative comment into something that can be helpful not only to the person you are commenting to, but to anyone else reading the thread. Steer them in the right direction, help them to make better decisions, help them increase their business or work more effectively or promote the more credible casinos.

We can affect the industry by helping others. We can affect the programs by remaining civil and point out issues.

Let's work together... let's make people feel at home here. And let's turn programs around. It's time to work with each other instead of against. Let the other forums bitch, moan, and complain while we help create a community atmosphere.

I'm off my 'soapbox', but I do plan on moderating more efficiently in the future. That means negative posts, accusatory posts, guessing posts will be kept at a minimum.

Thanks and hope everyone moderately agrees with my stance :)

Andy

Hi Andy,

I totally agree, I always like the positive a lot more than the negative.

And I hardly ever use other forums anymore since I signed up here. AGD is the best (what a suck up right LOL)
