Posted this at PAL earlier!

I was just glancing over facebook and noticed my affiliate manager for LUCK3 Poker which belongs to the 3Aff Affiliate site posted a comment

" Luck3 is over "

I asked,

"Can you be more specific? Is Luck 3 closing?"

Her reply was the following:

"it looks like, but not sure about casino yet. Luck3 management keeps silence about all these things.. But I was informed that Cake is planning to remove Luck3 from their network today/tomorrow..."

I liked Natalie my AM and sorry to see she may lose her job...

But once again a poker room decides to close down without giving affiliates any ample warning that they are in trouble.

Anyways - I felt it was important to give all the heads up on the rumor so people can decide how to proceed.

More removals as more sites shut down.

Hopefully all affiliates will get paid if they do a complete shut down.

Steve

P.S. Someone may want to alert all the GPWA crew - since i am not welcome there. LOL

Luck3 staff not being paid.

Also according to Natalie and affiliate manager there,

"Steve, no, Luck3 staff is in unpaid furlough since the begining of May. And we didn't receive our salary for the last 2 months of work."

So it looks like they wont pay staff, affiliates, and maybe players!!

Think its time we share this with our players!!

Lets be safe and stop any more unwanted damage to ourselves and our players.

What a bunch of crap! Another one bites the dust.

I have been emailing them since May with player issues and no one even took the time to respond.

I have added a warning on my sites for players to avoid Luck3 Poker and Casino.

Although I had not heard any rumors about the casino shutting down, the service is actually a dis-service to players and affiliates.

Hey Chips.

My affiliate manager Natalie posted something on facebook. And it looks as if for sure they are shutting down at least for poker. Waiting to hear more from her or an announcement from Cake.

They have a casino - which is in house i guess so not sure about that.

Natalie has always been great for me, and is a great AM - it seems the management has decided to turn nasty on everyone.

They will not pay the staff, and when this happens you can be sure they wont pay affiliates as well.

I noticed problems like you starting April May - especially with stats. FROZE! I used to make a little with them daily and then just stopped.

I did not care to much since we removed them from all sites except my GFPC site which has a little rev left. They did pay me a few months ago.

Whether they pay me for the 2 accounts i have i could not care less - they can give it to charity - their own charity.. LOL

But your right it is best to warn players and the industry that they are in hit and run mode.

Not even the staff know whats going on since apparently they are silent. The management that is.

I posted a warning as well - but i may just redirect players from my page.

Anyways it was decent when it started - but like most new outfits - there is always one Bad apple who runs off and AVOIDS!!!

Meh - used to it by now.

This is a lesson to operators who cant understand why affiliates ask for tenancy deals for security reaasons.. LOL

Same happened to me and my stats for the past 2 months +/-.

I have players that have pending cashouts not being honored, my personal has a $50 glitch no one appears to give a rip about too.

I have placed warnings on all the websites I had them on, prominent top line warnings. Also every blog post has the same type of player warning. Most likely be on the blacklist by weeks end unless someone decides to get off the pot and do something.

Yeah I agree buddy. Everything has happened in the last 2 months. I felt weird the first month but have so much on my plate i decided to forget about it.

Then I saw Natalie's facebook post saying Luck3 is over. They ran off with all employees monies. NO where to be found. They refuse to even communicate with staff. So my guess is all players are stranded and ripped off as per status qou of a rogue casino.

I emailed them 4 times asking for clarification with no replies. Affiliate support, regular support you name it.

They shut down the live chat feature for players and affiliates - assume they did not pay those staff as well.

No one except Natalie has made contact with me.

I sent her another message asking if affiliates and players will be paid.

No reply yet!

I think its wise and a responsible thing to do for GPWA to post this information on their forums to protect you guys.

Maybe someone here can look into matters as well.

I will see if i can make a formal complaint at CAP if they are listed.

Other than that - I cant think of what else to do. Affiliates and players will find out the hard way i guess.

Both you and I have done all we can do.

Hope things turn around - but based on previous rooms i won't be surprised if we all get ripped off yet again by another operator.

Its just so common these days.

An update:

Further to help fellow affiliates and players i have send a formal complaint to Cake to share with them whats going on. Asking them also if they still work with Luck3.

Will keep you posted.

Totally agree, just like igaming.pro and tradition casino, they took a page from the grand prive book... shut the affiliates down but keep the casino making money. It's really a shame how these programs operate. I am at the point of not adding any new programs. Just "run what I brung" and be done with it! Least way my exposure to getting it up the tail are somewhat reduced.

I know. It used to be so totally frustrating for me to no end. Being ripped off a number of times I learned as anyone would.

I generally now follow a strict method of choosing certain programs.

And ones i am unsure i pass or work out a test phase (tenancy deal).

With igaming.pro - Rival simply 'took over' the casino. It is Rival's fault in that case if affiliates are 'cut out'. Wish I COULD blame it on the program, but it simply isn't the case with that one. They made some mistakes, but cutting out affiliates wasn't one of them.

That's quite a drama bomb!

Andy, I've been following this quite closely on several forums and don't remember seeing anywhere that Rival had taken over Tradition. Do you have a reliable source?

If this is true, it is seriously rogue-ish behavior by Rival. Unless they can track players back to the referring affiliates and continue paying commissions, they should have simply shut down the casino and paid out the players.

It was bad enough thinking an affiliate program was pulling a Grand Prive but to think a network is doing so is just sickening.

Going to throw up now - be back later.

I had a post somewhere in here about the URLs. Rival had taken over another couple casinos awhile back, so this is at least the 2nd group they took over.

I think June 6th was the date they took over and the URL for the casino is now: xxhttp://www.traditioncasino.co.uk/

Check the domaintools listing and you will see it is a Rival owned domain (same thing Rival did to Slotpower and Vanguard). Rival owns more than a few casinos. I don't know WHAT they are doing with the affiliates who previously supported those casinos.

I did not make money with any of those brands, so I cannot be sure. The affiliate link for the casino is: xxhttp://affiliates.traditioncasino.co.uk/ and you just get a strange message when you go there.

So - yes, Rival took over. And they must be getting FREE players untagged at this point.

Can anyone who was affected by the past takeovers comment on this? Did you lose your players even though Rival took over the casino and continued operating it?

I would like as much info on this as possible so I can write a detailed expose on the subject. Any help would be appreciated.

Luck3 turns Rogue

Affiliating is so much fun isn't it?

Everyone is getting shafted left right and center. Free for all!!!

By the way - I got a little update from Natalie at Luck3 a few hours back.

Here was her exact words;

Hello Steve,

unfortunately, there is a silence... :/ as soon as I will know something, I will let you know

At this point - we have no recourse but to list Luck3 Properties as ROGUE

Any affiliates or players must be made aware there is a great chance they are being/will be ripped off!!!

Also CAKE refuses to respond to this matter!!!

Everyone as per usual is remaining silent!!! The same ole " Lets fxxk the affiliates again up the axx"

Rival also now has Vanguard Casino and Slot Power which use to be First Gaming Partners.

So Vanguard and Slot Power are now re-directing to Manhattan Slots
xxhttp://www.manhattanslots.com/Default.aspxxx

Manhattan Slots is run by CWC Affiliates. What's up with that?

Thanks for the update Steve. Sorry for the derail on your thread. Maybe Andy would be good enough to move the Rival discussion to it's own thread so we / I don't keep derailing this one.

It's old news... The old owners redirected all the traffic to Manhattan Slots. Rival owns the casinos now and moved them to a .co.uk domain. I think that affiliates still have access to their stats - not sure. But any banners pointing to the old domain are going to go to Manhatten Slots
