Hello AGD community,
Today we present to you the new real revenue share audit report for Galaxy Affiliates.
They have Swift Casino as one of their brands.
Affiliate Reporting Platform: MAP
https://affiliate.galaxyaffiliates.com/
Test signup and deposit is made from Country 'Austria'
We deposited €10 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 100.
Our funds with the welcome offer were €20 and we started playing some slots:
Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:
For the deposit of €10 / £8.58 via Skrill the Net Gaming Revenue was -£6.95
We contacted the affiliate representatives and asked why the NGR and commission are in minus.
This is the update we received:
“The player in question has made a deposit from Austria and mainly played Starburst, claimed a bonus and 50 free spins too. Since the deposit is so low, they have ended up as a negative NGR after deducting all the costs i.e. Austria 40% duties on GGR, PSP costs, bonus costs, NetEnt game royalties (since they played mainly starburst), KYC costs (Austria player KYC costs are very high), cost of 50 free spins. As a side note, affiliates are not allowed to sign up as player as that is considered abuse under the terms of the casino. You should probably inform affiliates about this too”
**DISCLAIMER <added 9 Nov 2020>: This audit is conducted by using an Austrian IP and signing up as an Austrian player at Swift Casino. Please note that this jurisdiction (Austria) has 40% duty on Gross gaming revenue (both cash & bonus), in the audit test we claimed the match bonus, claimed free spins and played high royalty slot games. This particular audit does not accurately show what the real revenue share would be for all countries, just for Austria.
