Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the new real revenue share audit report for Galaxy Affiliates.

They have Swift Casino as one of their brands.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: MAP
https://affiliate.galaxyaffiliates.com/

Test signup and deposit is made from Country 'Austria'

We deposited €10 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 100.

Our funds with the welcome offer were €20 and we started playing some slots:

Slot 2 Start.jpg

Slot 3 End.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of €10 / £8.58 via Skrill the Net Gaming Revenue was -£6.95

We contacted the affiliate representatives and asked why the NGR and commission are in minus.

This is the update we received:
“The player in question has made a deposit from Austria and mainly played Starburst, claimed a bonus and 50 free spins too. Since the deposit is so low, they have ended up as a negative NGR after deducting all the costs i.e. Austria 40% duties on GGR, PSP costs, bonus costs, NetEnt game royalties (since they played mainly starburst), KYC costs (Austria player KYC costs are very high), cost of 50 free spins. As a side note, affiliates are not allowed to sign up as player as that is considered abuse under the terms of the casino. You should probably inform affiliates about this too”

**DISCLAIMER <added 9 Nov 2020>: This audit is conducted by using an Austrian IP and signing up as an Austrian player at Swift Casino. Please note that this jurisdiction (Austria) has 40% duty on Gross gaming revenue (both cash & bonus), in the audit test we claimed the match bonus, claimed free spins and played high royalty slot games. This particular audit does not accurately show what the real revenue share would be for all countries, just for Austria.

What a joke.

"KYC costs (Austria player KYC costs are very high)"

Did they perform a KYC at deposit? I thought many casinos only do that at withdrawal.

Had this issue or something similar with one brand (sportsbook) where they took the whole bonus amount off + fees.
As it was a 100% match bonus meant I was always in negative for any new depositing customers.
Trouble was the brand was not strong enough for these new depositors to want to bet again there.

Hi All, this now makes sense to me. We have been working with them since summer. I have wondered why all the players we have sent (213 registrations, 46 ftds) have been mostly resulting in negative commission.

I did raise this with the affiliate manager a few months in... they just said your players seem to be winning.

Also I double checked the commission and found that we agreed at 50% deal, but in fact we were put on 35%.

They refuse to do a hybrid deal.

I raised this again after seeing your thread. They have said:

“The post there is very misleading. Don't think they understand how it works.“

“However, from the player's you sent us until now, most of them have been winning, you can go check that for yourself in the Player report section.”

“The deductions that I have mentioned above are quiet standard across all brands. Apart from this, there are no hidden fees as such, whatsoever.”

I have asked for more clarity about the fees and taxes being put on my commissions. I haven't received them yet.

Had a similar issue with another brand, was told the "contributions" to play a certain game are high. I run tests on all new aff programs now, deposit 20, lose it all, and see whats reflecting in the netwin. With this one, I deposited 20, lost it all on Wheel of Wishes, and questioned why it was -9$, was told the contribution to play Wheel of wishes was EUR 30. LOL!. One has to know what you are dealing with these days.

Didn't think any program could TOP (beat) the horrendous fees and what not at Video Slots. But Galaxy Affiliates have well and truly snatched that woeful award from partner.videoslots.com

What's there NOT to understand about... being well and truly scammed???!!!

It's been a week since I asked for fee information from Galaxy, we are going round in circles and they wont tell me.

They take everything out of the net gaming revenue:

Net Gaming Revenue: Cash bet – Cash won – jackpot contributions – bonus – processing fees – any royalties – ID checking fees – admin costs – operating costs – poc taxes/duties.

... then you get your bit, which in our case is nothing really.

They think we are stupid.

Instead of opening a new topic: What is PSP fee?
I work with one casino, where net gaming is 400€+, commissions 8€ (heheheheheeh hahahaahahahha 2.1% hahahaha ) since the "PSP fee" is 100% - So, psp fee = ??
