Once again, Gamingang have updated their terms and conditions at the request of the AGD Certification team. These are additional updates that the certication team asked for in relation to fraud and ‘active player’ rules

REMOVED TERM, Commissions, Minimum Player Rule

An affiliate account that remains inactive for a period of 90 days will be adjusted to a revenue percentage of 15 percent. Should this account remain inactive for a further 90 days this percentage will drop to 5 percent. In the case that the 180 inactive account days have passed, the percentage will drop to 0% and the funds within your affiliate account will be held by GaminGang.com until the affiliate makes contact with us regarding the held funds.

UPDATED TERM, Fraud, Real Player

For the purpose of this Agreement and by way of example only the term ”Fraud” shall include, but shall not be limited to, actual or attempted: Fraudulent Activity shall mean a deception which in the sole opinion of GaminGang is deliberately practiced by a Customer or an Affiliate in order to secure a real or potential, unfair or unlawful gain, this means that a customer or an affiliate may not abuse or use one of GaminGang’s clients bonuses in order to unethically generate commissions to the affiliate.

Summary:This is a requested change per the Terms Certification Team at AGD. Thanks again go to Gamingang and Bruce for making the changes necessary for certification at AGD.
