GB Player accounts closed on Betsson

Due to a new UK legislation, Betsson.com is closing all GB accounts as of 31st January 2015. This development will regrettably result in the closure of all GB player accounts on Betsson.com

Any money left pending will require to be withdrawn by the above date. In accordance with LGA regulations - players will need to show proof of age before making any withdrawal.

Your players can continue their entertainment at our sister company, Betafe.com where they will find all games including casino, poker, sports and slots to mention a few just as they did at Betsson.com!

Question is of course, will the players be tagged to the affiliate when they go to Betsafe.....

I sure hope they will. In Scandinavia these guys are huge, not sure how big they are in the UK.

Betsafe has been around in the UK for ages already though...

Tbh the UK doesn't seem to be a market that's of much interest to AL, and they have a history of closing brands to brits (Maxino, NordicBet etc.. all accepted UK players and converted quite well before they were banned).
