Generating Terms and Conditions for your affiliate website

Morning all,

Can anyone give me some advice on how I should generate a terms of use page for my affiliate sites? I'm kind of wary of using an automatic generator for fear of duplicate content, but if anyone could give me an example of a similar page that they have written or a list of things that need to be covered, then I can try to come up with one of my own ... I just want to make sure that it covers all bases.

I don't know if this is of any use, but I find keeping it simple works best!

The site still needs work, but don't mind sharing the terms and conditions. I'ts financial betting mind you, but it's still all a gamble isnt it?
