Hi,

I just noticed Genesys affiliates was approved by AGD, but I don't see any other information in this thread. am I looking in the wrong place? lol

Nope - I couldn't find any info on them either!

They are pretty new - only started in November or December I think (?), but they are behind the fairly popular BetOnSoft casinos which I have heard very few complaints about, so I'm giving them a go!

Jan. 26 signups, 4 depositors, $293. profit
Feb. 19 signups, 3 depositors, $251 profit
Mar. 4 signups, 1 depositor, $208 profit

December they told me they had processing working, I kind of doubt that was true. Fairly mediocre results the next 3 months.

I'd also say they don't have click-tracking which is a big turn-off to me. Let me go hunt down the new affiliate manager and see how getting paid goes.

The site seems to be seriously lacking in information - or I'm going blind!

If Genesys or anyone else knows, these are my questions:
1. Where it says "Earnings" on the reports, is that the casino net income, or my commission amount?
2. Are the casinos bundled?
3. What is their payment date?

Agreed. The stats SUCK. They are working on them. I promote the group cause I heard it was good from the players side. Income is steady for the not-so-much exposure they have with us....

Affiliate earnings weren't coming through to me at first (I think it was some issue with ACH and my settings) - I talked to Silvia about 2 minutes after my first post up there... and she already knew about this thread. she is highly motivated (at least when I've talked to her...) -- my money came in pronto.

Bundling - from the former AM: [12/10/2010 12:35:17 PM] Julian: on the bundling issue, i am 99% sure the casinos aren't...but I am new here so as soon as i get a reply form the director, i will let you know.

He also confirmed via email that they are NOT bundled.

They do not bundle, the stats are lacking but they are working on this. I have been working for months with them and if I have a concern they are fast to respond. I think they are going to be a great affiliate program once the bugs are worked out.

The biggest thing to me is the players being treated well and paid for wins, this is happening and from what I hear they have super fast payouts.

I recommend promoting this brand if your not

She replied this-morning; confirmed they are not bundled (which is good because I had a large-ish winner on one brand, but losers on the rest!)
{Edit} My mistake - they ARE bundled. It's just that I can't read!
Still waiting for answers on my other 2 questions though - she must be American!
(When I was an office pleb I found that any e-mails with questions I sent to Americans would always come back with just ONE answer - it seemed like they were incapable of answering more than 1 question per e-mail!)

Derivative Domain Names:

a) One or more derivative domain names may be registered by the affiliate.
b) The affiliate will supply Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates with a written, correct and inclusive list of Derivative Domain Names that the Affiliate has or intends to register, acquire or use. Any new additions or amendments to the Affiliates list of Derivative Domain Names will be communicated to Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates as soon as is reasonably possible.
c) The affiliate recognizes and accepts that Derivative Domain Names will at all times remain the beneficial property of the Merchant and/or its licensors and in this regard agrees to hold the Derivative Domain Name in Trust on behalf of the Merchant for the Term. On expiry of the Term the Affiliate will transfer, or cause to be transferred, all Derivative Domain Names to the Merchant, or an entity duly nominated by the Merchant in writing, without delay.
d) In order to comply with the provisions of clause 6.2.3, the affiliate hereby undertakes to sign and/or complete any and all documents or procedures, and do all things necessary to facilitate the speedy and proper transfer of all Derivative Domain Names to the Merchant, or an entity duly nominated by the Merchant in writing.
e) All rights or advantages, and without limitation goodwill, that may arise due to the use of the Derivative Domain Name will accrue for the sole benefit of the Merchant and its licensors.
f) Should a certain Derivative Domain name no longer be required by an affiliate, the affiliate will, in a timely manner prior to the URL expiring, inform Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates of its intention not to pay the renewal fee, and will, if requested to do so by Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates, provide all necessary assistance to transfer the Derivative Domain Name to the Merchant, or an entity duly nominated by the Merchant in writing, without delay.
g) Without exception, a Derivative Domain Name may only be used for the following purposes:
1.2. gi) To resolve to the respective merchants website; or
gii) To resolve to a Derivative website; on condition that: if the affiliate is marketing and promoting only one of the merchant's websites, the affiliate may only market and promote the particular merchant website corresponding with the derivative domain name; if the Affiliate is marketing and promoting more than one of the Merchant's Websites the affiliate shall give prominence to the Merchant Website corresponding with the Derivative Domain Name; the Derivative Website does not market and/or promote competitor brands or products.
h) Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates and/or the Merchant reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect and claim transfer of the Derivative Domain Name to the Merchant if the affiliate, its agent or nominee does not strictly adhere to the provisions of clause 6.2.7.
i) The Merchant has sole discretion as to whether a Derivative Domain Name is a Prohibited Domain and the Merchant's decision in this regard will be final and binding on the affiliate.

</div><br /><div style="background-color:#9F9; margin-bottom:10px;border: solid #333 2px;"><div style="background-color:#0F0; font-weight:bold; "><span style="font-size:18;">Dated:2010-10-16 - Sales/Death Of Affiliate</span></div>12. 1. Sale of business

a) Genesys Affiliates recognizes that an affiliate may wish to sell his/ her/ its affiliate business to a third party. Genesys Affiliates requires an affiliate to recognize and respect that the personal qualities, probity and background of Genesys Affiliates' affiliates is vital to Genesys Affiliates' decision to accept a person as an affiliate of the affiliate program.

b) If an affiliate wishes to sell or otherwise dispose of the shares or assets of his/ her/ its affiliate business to a third party (or conclude any transaction of a similar nature with a third party that will result in an effective change in control of his/ her/ its affiliate business) the affiliate shall be required, prior to completing the sale, disposal or transfer, to:

bi) Give Genesys Affiliates no less than 30 (thirty) days prior written notice of such intention, concurrently provide such details as Genesys Affiliates may request which shall include, but not be limited to, the selling affiliate's affiliate ID and full details of the intended purchaser (including their banking details and, if they are already an affiliate of the affiliate program, their affiliate ID) and furnish Genesys Affiliates with an irrevocable consent and authority to pay the selling affiliates commission, after the sale is completed, to the purchaser.

bii) Make the deed of sale subject to the suspense condition that Genesys Affiliates approve such buyer as an affiliate of the affiliate program and that such intended purchaser shall, subject to Genesys Affiliates' consent (at Genesys Affiliates' sole discretion) join the affiliate program.

biii) If Genesys Affiliates Affiliate Program rejects the intended buyer as an affiliate of the affiliate program and the selling affiliate nevertheless decides to proceed with the sale, Genesys Affiliates shall terminate this agreement insofar as it relates to the selling affiliate, the business sold and/ or the purchaser.
a) In the event of an affiliate's death, Genesys Affiliates shall require that the executor of the deceased affiliates estate (or similarly charged person) furnishes Genesys Affiliates with certified copies of their authority to act on the deceased affiliate's estate's behalf, the deceased affiliate's death certificate and proof of the deceased affiliate's beneficiaries' identities. b) The affiliate hereby agrees that Genesys Affiliates shall be obliged to pay his/ her estate and/ or beneficiaries:
bi) Only once Genesys Affiliates has received the information required in clause 12.2.1 above; and
bii) Any sums that may have accrued to the deceased affiliate as commission prior to his/ her death (or would otherwise accrue thereafter) for a period of 12 (twelve) months after his/ her death. The affiliate hereby waives (on his/ her behalf and on behalf of his/ her estate, heirs, beneficiaries, successors or assigns) any rights that he/ she (or they) may have to any further sums of money and/ or commission under this agreement.

</div><br /><div style="background-color:#9F9; margin-bottom:10px;border: solid #333 2px;"><div style="background-color:#0F0; font-weight:bold; "><span style="font-size:18;">Dated:2010-10-16 - Spam</span></div>4. In the giving of effect to this Agreement the Affiliate may not, either directly or indirectly, be a party to the generation, processing, dissemination or the like of Spam.

a) Any form of spam will result in the affiliates account being placed under review and all funds due to the affiliate being withheld pending an investigation. If the merchant and/or its licensor incur expenses and/ or damages in dealing with spam generated mail or being blocked by third party internet service providers these same expenses and/ or damages will be deducted from the affiliates account should the merchant and/or its licensor seek recourse against Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates. If this occurs, the amount of such expenses and/ or damages as determined by a merchant and/or its licensor will be deemed fair and final and acceptable to the affiliate. Should these expenses and/ or damages not be covered by funds in the affiliates account Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates has the right to investigate other alternative means for obtaining payment, for example: should the affiliate's account have generated purchasing accounts Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates will hold payment of commission for these accounts until such a time as the account for expenses and/ or damages has been cleared. Should the affiliates account not be active nor be generating profit through commission payments Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates shall have the right to demand payment from the affiliate.

b) Should the Affiliate require more information regarding Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates' Spam policy, please contact Global Casino PartnersGenesys Affiliates Affiliate Program at support@GlobalCasinoPartners.com.

1. This agreement can be terminated by Genesys Affiliates at any time should the affiliate fail to meet its obligations in accordance with this agreement.

2. Notice of termination shall be given in writing by either party to the other. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification and the agreement shall accordingly terminate with immediate effect.

3. All rights and licenses granted to the affiliate in this agreement shall immediately terminate. The affiliate must immediately remove any reference to Genesys Affiliates and its merchants or merchants' websites, brands or products from its site and disable any links from its site to same. In particular, the affiliate shall immediately remove access to any derivative website established by it.

5. Genesys Affiliates may withhold the affiliate's final six monthly payments for up to three months each to ensure that the correct amount has been calculated and paid.

6. If Genesys Affiliates continues to permit activity (generation of revenue) from customers directed by the affiliate after termination, this shall not be construed to constitute a continuation or renewal of this agreement or a waiver of termination.

7. The affiliate will return to Genesys Affiliates any and all confidential information and/ or customer information, including all copies in the affiliates possession, custody and control and will cease all uses of any of the intellectual property. The affiliate will take immediate steps to transfer ownership to the merchant, of each derivative domain name established by the affiliate, at the merchants cost, not exceeding that incurred by the affiliate on registering the derivative domain name.

8. The affiliate, Genesys Affiliates and Genesys Affiliates' merchants and their electronic cash provider, suppliers, contractors, agents, their directors, officers, employees, and representatives shall be released from all obligations and liabilities to each other occurring or arising after the date of such termination, except with respect to those obligations that by their nature are designed to survive termination, as set out in this agreement. Termination will not exculpate the affiliate from any liability arising from any breach of this agreement that occurred prior to termination.

9. GENESYS AFFILIATES MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT IF IT IS DETERMINED AT GENESYS AFFILIATES' SOLE DISCRETION THAT THE AFFILIATES SITE IS UNSUITABLE. Unsuitable sites include but are not limited to, those sites that are aimed at children, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, promote illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights, or are otherwise considered by Genesys Affiliates to bring Genesys Affiliates or its Merchants into disrepute or prejudice the interests of Genesys Affiliates or its Merchants in any way.

I believe that is a Statement of payments made to you - so I assume you haven't been paid by them yet?
"Carry Over" would apply if you haven't met their minimum payment threshold.

It's the same with my account no automated statement. it seems to me they manually add your monthy statement when they have extra time
another thing that irks me is when they finally add the statement it's not 30 or 31 days like most calender months. I've never seen an affiliate program with calender months the first to the first?? they really need to overhaul the whole affiliate system it's one of the worst I've ever seen.
