When I was last working with these I think they just had Guts casino and was quite looking forward to working with them again as did ok with them years back.

now noticed they have a few casinos under them but everyone I've looked at in the aff program don't add up, thrills has banners saying £1500 but the link goes to a 50 free spins offer. Guts ones are all over the shop, been told they've relaunched but all the old banners are mish mashing to all different offers etc

gives me an uneasy felling they don't really know whats going on? any truth in this or am I a bit unlucky? it does look to me like they've took their eyes off the ball. interested in everyone elses opinions and experiences?

I think they have to much to look into right now, to be honest as several have left them. Only 2 active affiliate managers is not a lot when looking at how big they have become and this is really worrying.

Also, they have been running late with payments most of this year. I only received payment on 20th despite terms clearly state no later than 15th. But every payment been arriving from 17th and later.

I hope the best and really like them and their brands. But somewhere I am worried as well.

Did u contact them and ask them regarding your post? (send them email) I think that would be a good idea.

PS UPDATE I just saw a new name added as head of affiliates guess that is a good sign at least > Esko Rissanen "Head of affiliates"
Also, I know Chloe used to be junior affiliate manager and she has been moved up now as Affiliate Manager and she seems to know what she is doing so that is also good.

I feel their focus is more on their brands, white labels and own affiliate business than their affiliate program.

In a nutshell:
- they have like 2 affiliate managers for 7 brands. Something like that.
- they use Income Access
- they have almost monthly stats issues
- their fees are insane

I think managing accounts of smaller / medium affiliates is simply not their priority.

Been working with them for the past year or so, overall I am very pleased with the way they respond to my requests.
I also find it difficult to navigate through their media section and usually construct my own links. Even if it means skipping on a certain banner placment due to me not being able to find the right graphics, which is a shame.
But again, overall one of my favourites and i really hope nothing will go sideways.

GiG has been my main group of casinos for quite some time now, so I certainly hope things don't go awry as I have a considerably amount of players tagged there. I must admit I'm a bit worried about their delayed payments and apparent lack of manpower. Furthermore, brands such as Betspin, Thrills, and Guts have really taken a backseat, although Guts has been given a re-launch.

After 2 of their aff managers quit, it's not really the same anymore. I don't feel like I have that personal connection anymore. As a result, I'm starting to let go of the GiG brands more and more. Also, I have realised their fees are close to unacceptable.
