GiG - what have they become?

Been working with GiG/Betit for many years now. Back in the days, they were the best on the market. Slowly, they started going downhill to a point where I don't even know if I can trust them anymore.

For example, they stopped paying for NL traffic, yet they are happy to take any NL player you send them. The commission paid does not line up with the numbers in IA and Netrefer. They are nowhere near as responsive as they used to be. Wrote them 4-5 days ago, still waiting for an answer. Betit brands don't generate anywhere near as well as they did only 2 months ago.

Not a good sign. What is your experience?

been saying they've taken their eyes off the ball for a while now. banners not correct, old bonuses showing etc etc. such a shame but don't work with them as closely as I did but they were good a few years back

They sold their newest project highroller.com to Elmount (Casino room) after making a noise about it year before the start. Anyway Rizk and Guts are still doing very good.

And to stop paying for NL traffic is quite normal I think as they don't want to make a noise that they may accept the Dutch guys.

I might have been a bit hard on them but don't really like the idea of them deciding to stop paying for NL traffic while still accepting the traffic and allowing them to play at their casinos. How is that normal? Which other reputable casino can you name with the same approach?

It is clearly not the best of times at GIG. You can see the changes they went through in their management. Also, they closed down some of their operations like game studios and so on.

And now they are asking to send documents (KYC). I am not very comfortable to send my ID's to any affiliate program since most of them will (eventually) become rogue.

Indeed. It's not just now, it's been going downhill since a couple of years now. They got rid of all their best people/affmanagers and the decision to turn Thrills into a Pay&Play casino, dunno how well that turned out for them. The only decent place left in their lineup appears to be Rizk, but even there players are complaining. Just look at some of the comments over at CM. Locked withdrawals becoming unlocked, payments stalling, etc.

Right now it just feels like a matter of time before they go bankrupt. I notice my earnings are not anywhere near what they used to be. Either something's messed up with the numbers, or players have abandoned their casinos. I'm not putting much effort into their brands anymore. Feels too risky now that they seem to be dying a slow death.

To be fair, most programs will eventually ask for this. But yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. All these checks are both for players and affiliates. The SOW thing has completely killed the market. Deposit 2k and you have to send in DNA samples and a photograph of your kids, but you can still go to any land based casino and burn 200k in an hour, no questions asked.
