SUMMARY: Go Wild Affiliates have added the typical Territory Exclusion clause to their affiliate contract. This clause specifically calls out French territories.

TERMS UPDATE - TERRITORY EXCLUSION
5.10 Restricted Territories The Affiliate shall not promote to residents of France , including but not limited to promoting our casinos on . fr domains and using promotional content targeted at potential players from France . Our client do not accept new players residing in France .


SUMMARY: Due to French regulation, this clause is entering the majority of affiliate contracts these days.

I agree, which is why I had put 'French Territories' in the summary. I am sure they meant that, but did not word it very well. I would expect to see that change after this alert is caught by them

GoWild definitely meant the French territories as well.
Term has been amended.
